Communication was top notch. The property was in a private place but tips for transport and food came in very handy. Condo is close to nearby beaches

Host and caretaker were amazingly amicable and approachable. The property is more than what you will expect. The solitude of the place is truly worthwhile along with the pristine beach. This is also a perfect place if you are chasing sunset spot.

We had an extremely pleasant stay. Felt very comfortable and very close to the Ocean park as well as the SM Seaside mall.

We had an amazing time staying at Jon's place! The house was exactly as described—clean and incredibly cozy. I especially loved the forest view and serenity in the area. Jon was a great host and the check-in process was smooth. Bonus part: We saw see 6 monkeys in the frontyard.

We had a wonderful stay at Chadi’s place during our family trip to Baguio. The place was spotless—very clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to feel relaxed and at home. The beds were comfortable, and the overall setup was cozy and thoughtfully arranged for a family. One of the best things about the location is its accessibility. It’s close to several good restaurants and cafés, so finding a place to eat was never a problem. It’s also in a quiet area, which gave us the best of both worlds—convenience without the noise. There was also one dedicated parking space, which made bringing a car stress-free. The WiFi was fast and reliable throughout our stay—perfect for both leisure and staying connected. Ms. Beth was also very kind and accommodating, which added to the pleasant experience. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay in Baguio!

EXCELLENT! IT'S REALLY COZY AS DESCRIBED.. THE ONLY NOT SO GOOD COMMENT THAT I CAN GIVE IS THAT, THE LOCATION IS NOT THAT ACCESSIBLE, MAKING IT NOT SENIOR CITIZENS-FRIENDLY (MY 80 YR-OLD MOM WAS WITH US) BECAUSE OF THE LONG WALK BEFORE YOU REACH THE PLACE.

This was our first experience in the Philippines to visit family and to tour. The condo is very easily accessible from the airport by walking via Runway Manila or a very quick Grab. Our host was very responsive and helpful before our trip, answering all questions and providing a great experience. Our check in was seamless as the host's helper met us at the condo to show us around. Building staff were very helpful and all the amenities were enjoyable. Grocery and other food options were very close and this was a very safe place to be. This was a great "homebase" for our family to explore Manila. We highly recommend this condo for anyone traveling to Manila. Thank you!

I have 0 complaints about the place or host very helpful friendly the place looked great better than my expectations and they were high if i have anything to maybe complain about it would be the distance from civilization which is like a 30 to 40 mins walk but i wanted a secluded place so it comes with the territory so i would advise renting a car or finding a trustworthy tuktuk driver and getting their number to help move around i would post the driver number i found but don't want to expose him online if you guys want ask any tuk tuk driver for Neptalie and once you meet him say Fernando sent you he is a very honest man charged me and my friends 3 times less for the same journey some drivers charged me and my friends.

We arrived 40 minutes early, and our host graciously allowed us to check in despite still finalizing preparations - a lovely gesture! The place was exactly as described, relaxing, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The nearby market was conveniently closed, just as our host mentioned. Our only external factor affecting our stay was the loud music from the town's fiesta celebrations, which we understood wasn't within the host's control. The kind of place that whispers, “Shhh… forget Manila exists for a bit,” and suddenly you’re breathing easier, hearing birds and crickets instead of honking horns and existential dread. The moment I walked in, I was hit with a sense of familiarity—like I was back in our old home in Rabaul, PNG. For a couple of precious days, I was grounded. And not in the “you’re grounded, young lady” way—but in the “oh wow, I’m actually present in the moment and not checking email” way. It’s the kind of home that reminds you of what matters: time with family, the smell of wood, the quiet hum of crickets at night, and the subtle realization that Wi-Fi doesn’t cure burnout. To the hosts—thank you for letting us into your home, because that’s what it truly felt like. A home.

Booked this place for my birthday weekend with family. Place was very spacious for 3 families, ample parking and very easy to find. All essentials are provided AND they even helped us to book a tee time in BCC. Overall, we had a good experience!

Nestor is friendly and meticulously gave us an orientation of his place. We enjoyed the night market and food trucks in the neighbourhood. Shang and Megamall are within walking distance and big dog friendly. The condo is also big dog friendly which is kinda rare in the neighbourhood. Thank you for letting us stay! We had a good time!

A home away from home. The place is nearby good restaurants in the Villa Baybay such as Tatoys, Breakthrough and Stanleys. Near City center - our grab from the airbnb to molo plaza is around 100+ only. Thus location-wise, great steal. The place is comfortable and provides ac in each room and a fan in the living/kitchen. Clean towels and linens, no dusts in the furniture and flooring. Water pressure is good also with bidet in both cr (one in the upper floor and one in the first floor) Plus points is they provided water for us to drink.

Definitely worth your money!

It was as comfortable as my vacation home in Bohol He also booked me a van before I arrived at the port to move from Cebu to Bohol. There was also drinking water, cooking utensils, and seasonings, and he was very enthusiastic about the accommodation. I needed to print it urgently, but thankfully, I was thankful that you even did the print yourself. It was an eco-friendly accommodation, so I was able to say hello to the lizards every morning, and it was nice to have two air conditioners in the living room. It's a great place for a large family to tie up at an affordable price, so I highly recommend it. I couldn't get Grab on the day I came back, so I asked for a sanding taxi in a hurry, but they worked hard to find it. Thank you. I don't know when I'll go to Bohol again, but until then, be happy.

the place is very accessible, super dali lang din ng check in, the amenities is very nice, kudos to the host, whether pang-family, magtrotropa or couples, will love this place, solid ang experience. Just to add to Azure's awarenes lang din, may konting struggle lang sa Elevators , pag sabay sabay na ang guests to use the lift, super tagal and medyo maliit ang elevator and lobbies natin. yun lang naman po, pero overall experience was great....will comeback soon ❤️

Stayed here for 7 days. The host is very accommodating and responsive to me. The place is really worth its price. On my last day, I had to check out late since I still had a duty and the host willingly let me stay there till 7pm without extra pay. Thank you so much. I really felt at home during my stay.

The place is great! The owner is very proactive in checking us from time to time. Not sure if there’s really no phone signal in the unit since we’re too high..but that’s okay since they have fast wifi. They also have board games to play with.

We enjoyed hospitality and the free fresh bread, pandesal, and jam. It was a small place for a family of three but the condo was clean and charming. Very close to many restaurants and Ayala mall. The fresh bread, pandesal, and jam was delicious and nice to have every day for breakfast with the coffee. Thanks again!

Louis and Paulette's place is superb! Setting is both like you are in a 5-Star hotel and family home at the same time. The rooms though not as spacious as looking on the booking pictures, are clean and comfy. The kids were happy with the cereals and chocolate kisses, and the kids at heart with the coffee and drinks in the fridge😁 Plus Louis is a pro-active, ready in responding to queries, welcoming host. Thank you, will definitely book your Unit again when our family will again require such, and will recommend to friends. God bless ... cheers🥂

Location was perfect, room was comfortable and clean. Above all the view was perfect and the host was beyond helpful.

We had a great time staying at this cozy and aesthetic place — perfect for a group staycation! The space was thoughtfully designed and made us feel right at home. It’s also very secure, with an attentive guard on duty and a housekeeper who lives nearby, which made it really convenient whenever we needed any assistance. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free staycation!
