My experience in the 511 ocean reservations apartment was absolutely wonderful. From the first moment, cecilia who is the hostess was very warm , friendly and very thoughtful , she made sure every aspect of our stay was perfect. The apartment is simply beautiful: impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and with everything you need to feel comfortable and quiet . In addition, its location and views are spectacular, the amenities are fantastic , the pools and divine jacuzzis, my children and I were so happy that we hope to be back soon ! I especially want to thank the host for their availability and care, making us feel at home. It's definitely a place I'd love to go back to and I'd recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience. ¡Cecilia Thank you for everything!

Our stay in this apartment was simply spectacular. The space is very spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. In addition, the views from the apartment are amazing, adding a special touch to our experience. The building has a beautiful pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying moments of tranquility. It was a plus that we really appreciated during our stay. Lastly, I want to highlight the friendliness and attention of the host. He was very responsive at all times, responded quickly to all of our questions and made sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. Without a doubt, their willingness and good treatment made our experience even better. Overall it was a perfect stay and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable place, with great facilities and an exceptional host. I would come back without hesitation!

The apartment is very nice and modern, with a spectacular sea view. The location is excellent, close to everything you may need. The attention of both Monica, the host, and the staff who work at the complex was impeccable, always attentive and friendly. The place has private and safe kiosks for when one goes to the sea, which makes the experience much more comfortable. Also, there is a restaurant in the ideal resort for those days when you don't want to cook, and shops that offer home service, which was very convenient. We loved our stay. Monica was always aware that everything was perfect. 100% recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It's located in a very convenient area, very close to many of the popular locations in Santa Marta, and very walkable. Grocery stores and minimarkets are near. Good Wi-Fi internet. Secure safe place. Air conditioning works great in the bedroom to stay cool. Great kitchen. The windows throughout the apartment with pretty views were a nice added bonus. I would stay here again.

Absolutely the perfect place to rest and work without noise or discomfort, Wi-Fi. 10/10 is super nice and cozy, Jorge Enrique was always attentive to any concerns or needs, the apartment is very easy to get to, it is located in a quiet area, by car it is close to the Buena Vista Shopping Center, etc., or if your plan is to tour the exotic areas it is the right place for its location. I would definitely come back to this place. 🫶🏼

I stayed a month in this apartment and if I return to Santa Marta I will for sure stay there again! It’s a perfect apartment for one person, you have a lot of space, the kitchen is easy to use, you can clean your clothes in the washing machine and there is a balcony where you can sit when it’s hot outside/or just open the balcony door for fresh air in the apartment. You have a room with the bed and a place to hang your clothes, you can easily close the door if you want to the room for privacy. The bathroom is clean and has a good sized shower. The neighbourhood is calm and I felt very safe there. It’s walking distance to a big mall where you can find clothing stores, grocery stores, a food hall and an ATM. By the mall you can also find blue local buses that takes you all over Santa Marta. Just read the destination sign on the bus and pay as you enter. I honestly have nothing bad to say about Iskian’s apartment, it’s affordable and a great place to stay!

The host was very communicative, welcoming and helping. The place was as described. Just a bit dusty, but nothing that a quick cleaning can't fix. Enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

The apartment is wonderful, modern, aseado, good location. I was with my wife and one-year-old baby, my son was very quiet and felt safe. I was very happy to have been here, Carola is an excellent host !
