I loved staying in the luxurious apartment of Santamaría 7474. An incredible place to relax with my family. It's amazing how it has so many Gourmet places nearby. I would return without thinking twice!

Ivan was great, responsive and generally a nice guy. The unit itself is very unique, spacious and comfortable. Great indoor outdoor use of space. It’s loud at night because the apartment is just at the top of the strip. but with white noise it’s all good. Location is very central to the nice part of Medellín. Great spot overall. Everyone was happy

The house was spacious and spotless. The bedrooms and bathrooms were adequately sized, with the master being most spacious. The best part of the house was definitely the terrace pool and couch alongside. Our kids enjoyed the pool at all hours while the adults went in and out or just lounge on the couch. The real highlight was Luz, the warm cook and housekeeper. Every morning she would come early, make us breakfast with arepas, toast, eggs and fruit, do groceries, clean the rooms and even made us a columbian home-cooked dinner (for an additional fee) which was delicious.

This was probably one of not if the best Airbnb's I've stayed at. The layout inside is very nice and clean. Some restaurants and stores are within walking distance. The host is very responsive and gives good detailed instructions. And what made the stay even better was the phenomenal view from the balcony. I recommend if you think of visiting Medellín.

This is one of the best managed and best maintained apartments in Medellin. This apartment is beautiful and eye-popping. David and staff are friendly and professional. Love the pool table and the daily cleaning! Only watch out is it’s on the 5th floor and no elevator. Not a problem if you are fit.

You have to stay here! To start, the apartment was beautiful! It has EVERYTHING you need!! And the location is ideal, everything is within walking distance within the walled city. We walked for a maximum of 12 minutes. If I go back to Cartagena, I'll definitely stay here again. The attention from the hostess 10/10. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

We love this place. Choosing to stay here made our trip in Medellin so much more pleasant. We are a family with a small child, and we stayed here for 13 nights. There so many things I love about this place. 1. they have washer and dryer, especially dryer, made everything so easy. 2. they have AC in every room and in the living room. 3. Secure access to the building 4. Walking distance to the biggest mall in Medellin, this makes our food finding so much more easier, because delivery could take an hour or more in Medellin. 5. Easy access to trash dump 6. I saw 0 insect in the apartment, 0! Which is like impossible in Medellin. we are very happy with the cleaness of the apartment. 7. The check out process is extremely easy. Sometimes other Airbnb list made you do 10 things before checking out, I understand it but it's just adding the stress of checking out. 8. The apartment is so new, all furnitures are new, beds are very comfortable(on the firm side, which I prefer).

We enjoyed staying at Andres place . Spacious, clean, gorgeous views, hot tub, helpful guards, supermarket just next door. Andres helped with his recommendations what to do in the city, and our vacation went great. We locked ourselves out one night, and Andres helped us right away even though it was close to midnight. I would recommend this place to anyone without hésitation.

The apartment was wonderful and exactly what I was looking for! It was clean, comfortable, and conveniently close to a supermarket, which made things very easy during my stay. The only downside is that the main street near the apartment is closed off, so Uber drop-offs happen at the corner. As a solo female traveler, I felt the area wasn’t the safest at night, so I made sure to plan my outings accordingly. Overall, a great place to stay!

The apartment's location is strategic, close to a subway station, with access to public transportation and taxis, a step away from supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, church, gym, etc. I definitely recommend this accommodation. Thank you Daniel and family!

Great location, safe area, the place was suuuuper clean and modern which I appreciate. It's a tiny little place but perfect for a few days. Had everything I needed and it was a good price too. I will be back!
