Perfect weekend in an exceptional studio! I just spent an unforgettable weekend in this studio apartment and I can't stop recommending it. From the moment I arrived, the comfort was palpable; the apartment is designed to offer a relaxing and cozy experience. The location is simply second to none. I was able to move around easily and enjoy everything the area has to offer, which was key for such a short break. But what really made the difference were the wonderful hosts. Their kindness and attention exceeded all my expectations, making me feel at home from the first minute. I definitely hope to return to this special place very soon!

Sebastian's apartment is very nice, it has perfect decor as seen in the photos. Definitely the sunset that can be observed from the apt is magnificent, the entire apartment is well equipped. Communication with Sebastian was very easy from the start, always making sure that everything was perfect for us, it was too proactive and friendly. I recommend it.

The house is beautiful, as in the photos, the administrator was very good she helped us with messengers, restaurants, but as for the beach it is far from the house not as proposed in the photos, the commerce is very retired from the house, I recommend the place when it takes its own car, otherwise it becomes a little strenuous to pay for vehicles to go to buy food or when other things are needed, in general everything is super well, I have the house in its very complete interior, comfortable and cozy

Excellent property! Comfortable and comfortable! We couldn't use the TV as it was always unzipped and it's the only one in the house, but everything else was fine!

We loved our stay at Santiago’s place. Santiago was incredibly communicative and always made himself available. He left very clear instructions for arriving at the apartment and responded immediately when our taxi was lost. It was great to have access to the private beach with a beautiful view, and the apartment is a 10-15 minute walk from town. If you don’t have a car or moto, the driveway is quite steep so be prepared for a workout. We also liked to take a shortcut to town — walk 5 minutes, down some hostel’s steep driveway, and cut across the beach. Our only issue was the lack of air and ventilation in the apartment. It felt quite stuffy and it was hard to ventilate the room without a screen door of some sort to keep the bugs out. Overall, we had a great stay. Thank you, Santiago!

We loved the stay with you, without a doubt, we will return. It was too clean, tidy, and with all the necessary implements. We felt safe and very comfortable, The only recommendation is to check the washing machine, since we washed white clothes and they came out stained, or make the recommendation to the next residents. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. The resort has easy access to the beach and several swimming pools including one with a park for children. The balcony offered breathtaking views of the city, the Sierra Nevada mountains as well as the sea. I recommend 100% for a small family or a couple! El apartamento fue limpió, large and comfortable. El complejo tiene un acceso facil a la playa, tambien tiene varias piscinas, una con parque para los niños. El balcón ofrece una vista estupenda sobre la ciudad, las montañas de la Sierra Nevada y el mar. Le recomiendo para una pequeña familia o una pareja!

David’s apartment was the perfect place for our stay — clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was exactly as described, and even better in person. The space felt welcoming and well cared for, with thoughtful touches that made a big difference. The location was great, with easy access to beaches and restaurants, public transit, etc.], and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. David was a fantastic host responsive, friendly, and respectful of our privacy. Highly recommended — I’d definitely stay here again!

I would definitely stay at this place again. Luis was an excellent host , always attentive to any situation, the attention of place in general is very good, all the staff is attentive and friendly. The apartment has everything you need for a good stay , has a very good location , by the sea front and tourist places a few minutes away.

Excellent place overall. Very close to the beach while also being quiet and peaceful. Great view and balcony, perfect weekend vacation for a couple. Overall, a 5-star experience and an owner who truly cares and is very responsive. In my opinion, it isn't suitable for 4 people unless 2 of them are under age 10 and ok to sleep on a very small couch and use a very small bathroom. Doormen were very nice, security situation was great, and there are two very good restaurants less than a 5 minute walk away, and about 100 more restaurants within a 15 or 20 minute walk.

My family was simply happy, the apartment is located in an area with easy access to everything, it has a beautiful view of the beach, it was perfect for the group, and it felt like being at home, fluid communication with both Bernard and Mrs. Francia who turned out to be a sweetheart
