We loved staying in this house that offers spaces for everyone. The location is perfect for enjoying Minca. The owners and people who take care of it are very attentive. We highly recommend it.

Sandra's accommodation is the best you can find in Santa Marta. You can walk to the bay, there are restaurants, shops, supermarkets a few blocks from the apartment. The apartment is super comfortable, it has everything you need and more. Sandra is a great host, always giving you useful tips on places to go to enjoy the city as a local and not as a tourist. I highly recommend Sandra's accommodation, there are not enough stars to rate Sandra's accommodation, do not hesitate to come and stay in her apartment. Sandra is more of a friend than a host, she makes you feel at home from the first moment. Thank you very much Sandra for making our stay a great experience, we will see each other again. The house is beautiful, as in the photos, the administrator was very good she helped us with messengers, restaurants, but as for the beach it is far from the house not as proposed in the photos, the commerce is very retired from the house, I recommend the place when it takes its own car, otherwise it becomes a little strenuous to pay for vehicles to go to buy food or when other things are needed, in general everything is super well, I have the house in its very complete interior, comfortable and cozy

Spectacular, the house is even better than what you see in photos , super comfortable with excellent ventilation, the hosts very pending , Aníbal and his wife are super attentive and proactive before any need , it is fully equipped , super quiet . The apartment is very special: modern, airy, full of light, with an open and minimalist plan, it is very artsy. It has great ventilation and great views. Being located south of the Rodadero offers access to a much quieter beach but at the same time only a few minutes walk from the north. The neighborhood is very safe and calm. Great communication, very prompt and friendly, the owners gave us all kinds of timely information for our stay. The only thing we would like to be different is curtains in the shower, so you don't have to mop after each bathroom. We are definitely coming back to this cute apartment.

Very nice place, Diana makes great breakfast but you only 1 queen size bed, the other ones are for kids. And its noisy

The house is simply wonderful, Jhon was always making sure that we were well. The house is beautiful, the rooms are super comfortable, we had an amazing weekend, without a doubt the most beautiful place we have stayed in Santamarta. I recommend it 100%. If you want to enjoy privacy and comfort, this is the right place. The pool is great, everything is adapted to enjoy it to the fullest. Frank is always super friendly and ready to support us in everything
