Holiday home rentals in Syracuse

Very comfortable place and useful kitchen. We prefer to make most of our own meals and felt right at home here. The bathroom was very clean and all amenities were appreciated. The sink in utility room and laundry drying rack were perfect for doing laundry necessary during our stay. The space was very well used and we were impressed with how tranquil it was.

Angela's place is amazing. We were a group of 5 friends traveling through Sicily and stayed in Noto for three nights. We all agreed that we would have happily spent a whole week at Angela's place. She greeted us upon arrival and had left some local wine and bread, showed us her gorgeous apartment and was super helpful when we were a little delayed on the route to arrive. I would really recommend staying here, and the apartment easily fits two couples + a fifth single person. Additionally, it has so many spaces that you can even have some alone time in a group trip, on the terrace, in the kitchen or in the living room or your bedroom! It's just gorgeous.

Corrada could not have been more helpful - the best boat day trip recommendation, winery recommendation and comfort in her apartment- everything was magical because she was so responsive and attentive. A wonderful little escape for us!

Das Apartment ist absolut zu empfehlen! Die Lage mit dem direkten Blick auf das Meer vom Balkon ist absolut unschlagbar. Zu Fuß ist man in 2 Minuten am Strand. In der nahen Umgebung gibt es alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht und mit dem Auto sind viele schöne Städte und Strände schnell zu erreichen. Mariateresa war eine tolle Gastgeberin, die sich sehr freundlich und schnell um alle Anliegen gekümmert hat! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt:)

I had a few hiccups early on - I didn’t know how to turn on the air or hot water, but Roberta and Simone came quickly to resolve it. WiFi was weak, but 5G worked fine and we were rarely in the apartment. The apartment is very central and very spacious. The immediate neighborhood is wonderful - including a grocery across the street, a laundry 500m away, and the best cafe just up the street. Simone was always accessible and Roberta was very responsive - we will be back!

We had an amazing and authentic experience at Marco and Tiziana’s place. The property is so beautiful and Marco and Tiziana are really friendly, very reachable and there for any help. We loved it and would definitely recommend (even our 10 month baby slept very good in the provided bed 😄). All the highlights of the region are very close!

This property was great. It is beautifully decorated with VERY comfortable beds/sofa and relaxing common spaces! The roof and back terrace have an amazing view! Pierpaolo was very easy to communicate with and we were grateful for the flexibility of early check-in and late check-out! He was also very responsive and helpful answering questions. The house is in a great location for walking to restaurants, the grocery store and sites in Noto. The adjacent street was a little busy but we quickly got used to it and the noise was minimal inside the house. Street parking was very easy, convenient and affordable with the EasyPark app. We also enjoyed the custom dish wash, welcome kit and dental kits. We would love to visit/stay again, thank you!

L’esperienza nell’appartamento di Fabrizio è stata meravigliosa. Fabrizio si è dimostrato un host cordiale e super disponibile, pronto a rispondere ad ogni nostra esigenza. L’appartamento si trova in un carinissimo residence estivo, che nei giorni della nostra prenotazione (a cavallo del capodanno) si presentava silenziosissimo e super tranquillo. Lo abbiamo scelto per questo e per la posizione privilegiata, a due passi dall’autostrada, così da permetterci facilmente gli spostamenti. Lo consiglio vivamente sia in inverno che in estate per la posizione, le spiagge bellissime e i luoghi stupendi e facili da raggiungere in macchina.

Vacanza estiva di assoluto relax! Abbiamo soggiorno in questa struttura nella 4 settimana di luglio. La casa, di nuova costruzione, offre tutti i confort che una famiglia desidera , soprattutto con la presenza di bambini, tenuto conto dell’immediato accesso alla spiaggia, delimitata da un solo cancello. Altrettanto apprezzato lo è stato lo spazio verde di giardino, ben curato, inclusa la presenza di giochi e l’attrezzatura da spiaggia a disposizione degli ospiti. Una nota di merito anche per i gestori/proprietari della casa, cortesi e disponibili a soddisfare qualsiasi necessità nel minor tempo possibile. La casa gode inoltre di un’ottima posizione, strategica per raggiungere le località di Avola, Noto e Ortigia, tutte pressoché equidistanti dalla struttura (circa 15/20 km circa) Per quanto riguarda invece il passeggio in zona, Fontane Bianche sicuramente non consente una mobilità pedonale eccellente , tuttavia sono comunque presenti servizi essenziali, bar, market, ristoranti etc

Leuk huis op een rustige plek bij een rotsachtige kust. Prima bedden ook. Jammer dat in de kuststreek van Sicilië zoveel vuilnis op straat ligt, zo ook in dit dorp. Het dorpje heeft een leuk restaurant maar er zijn geen winkels. Het was er begin mei erg rustig. In de omgeving is meer dan genoeg te zien: de natuur, archeologie en steden zoals Noto en Syracusa zijn prachtig.

Il soggiorno da Mauro è stato bellissimo. La casa è stupenda, curata negli arredi, ampia e comoda negli spazi e molto pulita. Si trova in una zona molto tranquilla ma vicina a spiagge e centri abitati. Molto consigliata.

Perfect in every way for myself and a colleague while attending a conference. Slight downside was the noise from the street in the room without a glazed window. Only one key for sockets/wifi is possibly a problem for people sharing the accommodation who have independent schedules, but having access to the library in the building - cool and welcoming - made it workable for us. Creative and thoughtful optional breakfast was a wonderful bonus.

Posizione invidiabile a 50 metri dal ponte che collega Siracusa alla splendida isola di Ortigia. la casa è spaziosa e ben arredata. Ordine e pulizia dappertutto. Due bagni ed una camera da letto soppalcata e luminosa. Cucina ben fornita del necessario per preparare e consumare i cibi. Ortigia non ha bisogno di recensioni....solare ed unica.

Francesco and Marilena’s place is perfectly located in the heart of the old city of Noto. The apartment is pristine, clean, and had all the amenities one could need. A very comfortable spot with great restaurants nearby. I would stay here again without hesitation. We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and very well equipped. The location is perfect and about 10-20 min from everything. Dorine and Alda were very responsive and helpful. Dorine had great recommendations for food, beaches, restaurants and wineries. We really enjoyed our time! Thanks again.

Appartement impeccable et très bien placé (accès à pied très facile vers Ortigia) possibilité de se garer dans la rue ! Appartement parfaitement adapté pour accueillir un bébé. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour avec notre bébé de 3 mois.

We had a great time at Giangiacomo's place! Fantastic location with direct access to the sea. Very calm! Perfect for some relaxing days! We had no car. We took a taxi from Siracusa to the house and used the bikes for grocery shopping during our stay (there's a litte shop 10 minutes away). Giangiacomo and his girlfriend were very nice hosts and always helpful.

Wonderful hosts with an amazing property in an ideal location. We didn't want to leave .... ever! :) Ada was fantastic from booking through check out. They offered fabulous recommendations and a beautiful home with the best of everything, including washer & dryer and valet parking! We cannot wait to return!! Highly recommended!!!
