It comfortably accommodates four people. The private veranda is equipped with a comfy table and umbrella... Great location on a typical square in the historic center that offers a quiet and particularly sunny atmosphere, a stone's throw from the market and the Temple of Apollo. In a few minutes walk you can reach the main streets of shops, restaurants and solariums. To make your stay as pleasant as possible you will find at your disposal a bathroom courtesy kit and one for the kitchen,linen, bath towels. Beach towels for rent for an additional fee. The house is equipped with air conditioning/heating, toaster, toaster, electric kettle, TV, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, hair dryer. For children, a camping cot complete with a mattress and linen, a sterilizer and a bottle warmer, a bathtub and a high chair. Children's kit has an extra fee. Beautiful spacious apartment on the first floor, great roof terrace, very clean. The bed was very comfortable and there were mosquito nets in front of the windows. Quiet residential area and you could park well in the street. Old town was easy to reach on foot (20 min.) We felt very comfortable and were very nicely received by Marcella on the day of arrival. Spacious flat with beautiful sea-front terrace

My wife and I traveled to Ortigia with our daughter for her 25th birthday. This home checked all the boxes when we booked it. Location on the water, nice modern home, walking distance to everything we wanted to see. But, when we got there, it was so much more amazing than we could have imagined. The home is beautiful - on the water with a stunning rooftop deck and amazing sunsets. Its situated right in the heart of Ortigia next to Fountain Arethusa. Walk out the front door onto the cobble streets to restaurants, coffee bars, shops. Turn right and walk a few minutes to Castello Maniace. Turn left and walk a few minutes to the Piazza Duomo. Yolande was an amazing host. Communication was great. Answered all my questions and helped find us a driver for the week which turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. Our driver, Beppe, was born in Ortigia and taught us more about Sicily during our car rides than any guide we could have round. Grazie Yolande!

A fantastic apartment for a family. Extremely quiet and amazing location, steps from the sea. Rooftop deck has views of both the sunrise and sunset! Very clean, comfy beds, and modern. We would definitely stay here again. The host helped us with everything, and provided wonderful restaurant recommendations.

Simonetta’s place was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed. She even left us fresh fruit and local treats. Thoughtful extras like bathrobes, slippers, and beach towels made our stay even more comfortable. The apartment is conveniently located right next to the Ortigia market.

Really enjoyable stay. Excellent communication on check-in. The only thing I would say is that the bedroom which looked onto the road was quite noisy until 1am on Saturday night. Friday and Saturday were fine. Other than that the apartment was beautifully renovated, had everything we needed and was well located for exploring Ortigia.
