Welcome! Agave is a lovely apartment, furnished with care. It consists of kitchen/leaving with TV, bedroom (both air-conditioned) and bathroom on the ground floor. The attic, used as a reading and relaxation area, provides access to the terrace. We are in the Santa Lucia neighborhood, just minutes from Ortigia, Arch. Park of Neapolis, Arch. Reg. Museum "Paolo Orsi," Sanctuary of "Madonna delle Lacrime" and Hospital "Umberto I." The area is well served and close to highway entrances. Free Wifi.

The apartment is located in on a top floor (NO LIFT/NO ELEVATOR) of an old 18th Century building, the old Sicilian furniture is part of the story of this apartment, we wanted to give a Sicilian feeling, in a strategical area of the town, the old Custom, exactly on the Ortigia bridges, you can park easily if you arrive by car, it's 5min walk from train/bus station. Three big bedrooms, fully equipped (wifi,TV, microwave,kettle,iron-steam, AC, heater etc.) Perfect for a long stay or few days

Apartment overlooks Fonte Aretusa and the sea on the great port of Ortigia. It has a double/double bedroom, a single bedroom, living room/kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, color TV and free wi-fi , washing machine and oven. Scenic balcony for each room. A few steps away, Piazza Duomo in the most beautiful area of Ortigia and therefore very popular in summer and weekends. Visi enters through a comfortable and wide staircase. "Self Check-In" is active, but I always prefer to welcome my guests in person!!!
