Enjoy in this junior suite with wonderful views. 35 m2 with its own shower/wc and private sauna. Completely renovated in 2024. 160 cm wonderful continental bed, kitchenette with microwave, small fridge, kettle, toaster, hot plate and air-fryer. The guesthouse is next to our own home. The outdoor environment is shared. Close to Vasatorp GK and just 15 minutes to Helsingborg city and Väla. Access to large pool and jacuzzi. In the owner's house there is access to washing/drying and small gym. Bicycles are available to borrow. Electric car charger available, SEK 4.

The lake house

The house at Betsede lake A comfortable and modern house on a lake plot with access to a jetty, rowboat and sauna house by the lake. Around the knot you have the water and nature. A fully equipped kitchen with utensils for cooking, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. On the terrace there is a barbecue together with a lovely outdoor furniture well shielded. On the upper floor is the sleeping area together with toilet and shower. Ceiling windows where you can see the trees in the morning. A place to enjoy, a place to start from and a place for vacation.

Beautiful right by the ocean.

Welcome to the coast, to the sea and the beautiful. This accommodation is located as you can see directly by the sea. The accommodation is modern and well-equipped and what might brighten your stay is a large private sauna, outdoor jacuzzi with seaview. Since the house is located by the sea, there is a private jetty to swim from. Furthermore, there is a gas grill and a couple of different but large patios with barrelboys and hammock. To Sölvesborg it takes 10 minutes by car and to Sölvesborg's GK, this year's golf club, it also takes 10 minutes.

Large terrace with barbecue, quiet, peaceful, beautiful surroundings. Ability to charge an electric car. Fireplace, wi-fi, laundry machine. Boat/eka to dispose of. Fishing in Styrsjön. The property enjoys all day sun and ends with a wonderful sunset on the beach. You have a private beach for an early morning swim as well as the last thing for the evening. Not more than 500 meters from the house you have access to Baltic sea with a board walk on the ocean and two beaches for swimming.
