Nice place. Good view from the house. Quiet area. Beautiful house with all the amenities. We liked to light the fireplace in the evening. And the animals around the house like deer and a beaver.

What a wonderful place this was to stay for a few days. The house has all the comforts. We have been able to use the BBQ, Sauna and all other facilities of the house! Including the highly appreciated Sonos installation. In addition, the house is located in a quiet but beautiful environment where it is also possible to take an evening walk. Finally, we would like to thank Nicklas for his quick and pleasant communication. We would definitely like to come back here in the future!

We stayed at Mattias’s house for 3 nights after a few days in Stockholm and it was the perfect place to unwind and relax! The surroundings were beautiful… it was private and quiet! Cozy porch to relax and visit in . Ate our meals in dining room with beautiful views! We used the sauna briefly… it was a great option. Our favorite was the hot tub! We highly recommend Mattia’s place and would love to come back!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our two children in Carina's house. It is lovingly furnished, immediately to feel good. There is a lot to do in the area. Various flyers are available in the accommodation and even a welcome folder with all the important information was thought of. We also got along very well with the direct neighbors. We would love to spend our vacation here again 😊

All in all, a very successful fishing holiday. Highly recommended. A water map is missing in the house, which was not bad, as we brought our own sonar. The boat was good for our purposes. Thank you so much for everything!!!

We were two friendly families with children of different ages in this dream house for a total of nine days and would book it again at any time. Everything was just right here and the pictures are very realistic, but they do not reflect the beauty of the surroundings, the furnishings and above all the view. You can't really do great things, but that's not necessary. Shopping facilities are very quickly accessible and you can easily take care of yourself. The fish caught in the lake (but it was only one... unfortunately😄) was perfect for the barbecue evening. The contact in advance ...but also Hanna's efforts during the stay were outstanding. She was always available and did everything possible to help, even remotely. We had such beautiful and relaxing days ... whether small or large. Everyone had fun, peace and relaxation.

Beautiful house in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. We enjoyed the pool and all the amenities for our little ones who had the absolute best time. Everything was provided and we would absolutely recommend!

The accommodation is more than worthy of the name Paradiset! The view is fantastic and it is a real experience to wake up in a place like this in the morning. The house has everything your heart desires and makes your stay unique. It was our seventh trip to Sweden and Adrian's house is definitely in the top charts for the next time. The accommodation was very clean and well maintained and Adrian personally welcomed us on arrival and showed and explained everything to us. Unfortunately, the whirlpool was broken while we were there, but Adrian got us a motorboat for free, which allowed us to have many adventures. This accommodation is definitely worth a second trip. There is nothing left to be desired, whether fishing, watching seals or simply relaxing on the jetty!

Fantastic place where all 6 of us and 4 children could fully enjoy. Camilla was a nice and helpful host. A plus that the lovely beds were made when we arrived. We will surely come back.

A view we will never forget! Beautiful summer house, equipped with hot tub, sauna and pool, cozy fireplace and Kamado Joe Grill we loved! Our kids enjoyed the pool, the small treehouse and the outdoor toys. Enough space with 7 people and retreats, surrounded by great nature. 3 min walk to the sea with diving board and swimming spot, as well as 20 min to a small lake (fishing and swimming). On the island there is a small grocery store and about 25 minutes the nearest large supermarket (Lidl, ICA, etc.) We had great evenings in our own pool house with fantastic sunsets! We fully recommend Niklas's place. He was always available and often inquired about our well-being. Even when we had a problem with the toilet, he organized someone who was immediately on hand despite the weekend within a few moments. Great host with a nice touch to the reception.

We had a great stay! The house is very nice and well-kept, and the location is ideal for families with children — peaceful surroundings with plenty of space to play. The pool was definitely a highlight, although we had to pay extra to have it opened in early June, which was quite expensive. Still, it added a lot to the experience, and we really enjoyed our time here overall!

We had a fantastic stay! Magdalena and Oscar were super friendly, responsive, and welcoming, so everything was easy and smooth. The house is beautiful, with a spacious garden, lovely pool, and a charming greenhouse we really enjoyed. Surrounded by stunning nature, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. Would love to come back!

Our vacation in the rather cool, windy pre-season May-mid June was a nice experience thanks to the house. There was also a good place to read, enjoy the view, watch animals. Schären property. Good starting point to explore the area. Travel to hikes, kayak or bike tours mostly only by car, about 15 minutes to supermarkets, gas station. Friendly, attentive care by Ms. Kerstin. Will gladly come back!

This was heavenly, literally with your feet in the water. What a view. Emma was very helpful and your peace and privacy is assured. Simrishamn, Knäbäckhussenstrand, ... all nearby. We can only be grateful that we were able to stay here and hopeful that we can come back again. An absolute must!

We had a great weekend in Hummelvik! Incredibly beautiful surroundings and very cozy decorated houses. There were many different places to sit, which meant that you could adapt to the weather but still be outside. The highlight was to do a basting and then jump into the sea! Very fun for the kids to play on the rocks and the jetty. Kristoffer was very nice, left good and clear information and always responded quickly! We would be glad to come back ☀️

My grown children and I cannot offer enough praise and gratitude for Fredrik's home and care. His place is situated on a property that offers front and backyard peace and stunning beauty. The home itself is charming with the comfort of a wood stove and cozy furniture to nestle into. There was the added delight of flowers and even a welcome basket! Fredrik's attention to our requests for information on the area and his recommendations were so impressive and helpful. We were able to take in just about all the fascinating hikes, historical sites, museum, and even sauna with the added bonus of coming home to this little piece of paradise. We only wish his Airbnb were closer than an ocean away for us. Perhaps someday we will find ourself back to explore, relax and reflect in what has become a true gift of memories for my family.

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful sea cabin. The view is fantastic towards the sea. Nice to swim right from the private jetty and very fresh apartment.

I had a great stay at Helge's house! You can get to the island very easily and free of charge from Karlskrona. The ferry leaves approximately every 30 minutes. The few islanders were all very friendly and always greeted. The small supermarket is really very well stocked and has everything you need for weekly shopping. The house and location are at least as beautiful as in the pictures! You can only feel comfortable, switch off perfectly and forget any stress. Helge is extremely nice and accommodating. A really great host. He even has a newer boat than the one in the photo with more horsepower. I strongly recommend that Helge give a briefing, as it is quite rocky close to the water surface. I had a fantastic time. Good for dropouts, couples or family who can also occupy themselves. Price/performance was excellent!

We were 12 people (7 adults, 4 children and 1 baby) who spent about a week in the house in Ljugarn. We had plenty of room to sleep and socialize. Very, very nice house that matched the ad well. Short walking distance down to the sea and Folhammar's rauk area. Can highly recommend!

We’ve had a wonderful time at Ulrikas place. You’ll have everything you need for a cosy, relaxing getaway. The view is spectacular and the hot tub really is a big plus. The communication was quick and easy, Ulrika was very nice and helpful. Thanks for everything, we’d love to come back!
