Monthly Rentals in Swaythling

We had a fabulous stay. The whole flat is very stylish and bright with a very nice garden area. Everything we needed was catered for. Great communication from Jaz the host and we'll definitely stay again if we are back. You will not be disappointed if choose to Air BnB here.

Great place, definetly reccommend for longer stays as well. I stayed for 3 months, no issues at all and has everything you need.

Fabulous stay in the Garden Room. Antoine was a great host and made me feel very comfortable. I stayed for a week and the Garden Room was perfect for my needs; great bed so enjoyed a good nights sleep, area very quiet and peaceful and the private garden meant I could sit out and enjoy a cuppa in the morning before heading off to work and relax in the evening sunshine with a good book! Big thank you to Antoine and his family (and the dog!) for making me feel so welcome. Will definitely recommend and book again

This is a brilliant place to stay. very nice hosts. i was on a sailing course and it was perfect. lots of space to do my homework. Very pleasant friendly hosts. i would stay again. Great value. Room like home!
