Located on 2.5 acs. on the South Fork of Reems Creek near Weaverville, N.C., this 100 year old 2 room school house has been converted to a 2 bedroom 2 bath cabin. 12 foot ceilings, huge windows & original beadboard interior. Located 20 mins. from downtown Asheville and the Biltmore Estate and 2.5 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway & the Mountains to the Sea Trail. Enjoy the wooded trails along the 2 streams on the property. Sit on the tin-roofed front porch and listen to the rain and the streams .

The home has stylish furniture, stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, fire pit, etc. The kitchen has granite countertops that opens to the dining area. Hardwood floors exist in the common areas and carpets in the bedrooms. The home is not cluttered & makes a perfect get away with mountain views and easy interstate access to all Asheville has to offer.

This 1-bedroom/1-bathroom 200 square ft. tiny cottage is a wonderful, comfortable spot to return to after exploring the nearby areas of Asheville and Black Mountain. Full bath and artistic detailing throughout. One mile from Warren Wilson College and the extensive river trail network. It shares a 1.25 acre lot with our main cabin Airbnb rental (Send request for link) Across from Hidden River Events venue. There is one 2- person bed and a custom-built window bar/desk area. Heat & A/C.
