Richard and Annette's property is always amazing! This is the second time we've stayed at Spray Point Cottage and its been perfect. Richard and Annette communicate so easily and quickly, their home is pristine. We can't recommend Spray Point Cottage enough!

I was blown away by how beautiful the place was, and am so grateful to have spent the weekend there. Cute little cafes on the strip, gorgeous beaches and an incredibly well equipped home for all your relaxing to be done. Host was incredible - obviously cares very much about the place and the guests. I can’t wait to book again!

We have great stay as group. The home accommodated all our needs and everyone enjoyed the comfort, space and most of all the views!

Beechworth was a beautiful place for a family Easter. The house was stunning and had plenty of space. The location was sensational and Theresa and Eliza were outstanding hosts.

Wow what a great house! It was a rainy cold weekend but the fireplace and living room were so cosy. The kitchen! Amazing. One of the best stocked kitchens for useful equipment and a helpful pantry of stuff. Very nice with the big island too. We loved the big tvs and the artwork was also stunning. The 4 bedrooms are spacious and the beds were very comfy. The ensuite was lovely as was its huuuuge soaker tub that 2 of the ladies enjoyed. Having the other separate toilet was handy, as was the dryer in the laundry. Plenty of parking as well. Didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor space, but it looks awesome for summer weather. Not overly close to shops/restaurants, but easily drivable to them. Perfect place for a gals weekend!

If you're looking for a place with great views look no further. the place was quiet (we were lucky the annexed apartment was vacated) everything as described. no Wi-Fi was a serious drawback (owner saying that most guests enjoy "tech free holidays" didn't alleviate it) mostly when I need to be connected to my home's security system. (and my partner to catch up Netflix) the place needs a serious upgrade. the TV is probably 20 years old or more

We had an exceptional stay at Karen and Cameron’s place. The house was absolutely stunning—beautifully presented, incredibly comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The attention to detail in the facilities really stood out. Karen and Cameron were wonderful, responsive hosts who made us feel very welcome. The homemade granola and bread were a delicious touch that made our mornings even better. We couldn’t fault a thing and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is perfectly positioned to enjoy everything that Sorrento has to offer. The main street shops, restaurants and trendy hotels are merely 2 minutes walk away, not to mention the beach and ferry terminal. I highly recommend this property. Checking in was a breeze. This home was an absolute gem peaceful, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed with high-quality touches throughout. From the luxurious bed and crisp linens to the plush couch and spotless bathroom, every detail made the stay feel indulgent and comfortable. One thing that really stood out was the water pressure strong enough to actually wash your hair, which is surprisingly rare in most Airbnbs. And unlike many places, there were no leaks or awkward plumbing quirks in the shower just clean, functional design. The host was warm, responsive, and genuinely accommodating, making the experience feel seamless from start to finish. This place is a perfect escape for couples looking to unwind in comfort and style. I’ll absolutely be coming back 5 stars, hands down.

Fabulous place! We had an amazing time and it's probably the best-equipped Airbnb we've ever stayed at. The attention to detail is impressive, with everything thoughtfully provided, from the cozy bedding to the well-stocked kitchen. The host truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Avila. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated our large group. It had everything we needed to have a relaxing short break. The location is literally a short walk of 5 minutes to the beach. Summer was very easy to deal with and the instructions regarding the premises were clearly outlined in the house manual.

Biarritz is a beautiful, stylish villa in a peaceful garden setting and Sylvie is an excellent host, always so friendly, responsive and helpful. We were three generations staying for eleven nights after Xmas and the five bedrooms, spacious, bright, open plan living, kitchen, dining areas suited us perfectly. The new spa and sauna were a well used added bonus. Sylvie has ensured every room is so well equipped, with all we needed plus many extras and thoughtful touches that we have not seen in other houses, and all is of a high quality.
