Our lovely home is the perfect starting point for a family holiday in Svendborg and the surrounding area. The villa is only 200 meters from the local, child-friendly beach and 200 meters from the forest with the possibility of bonfires, walks and cycling. It is only 10 minutes by bike to Svendborg city and 5 minutes by car. The villa has plenty of space, full quilted kitchen, several bedrooms, two bathrooms and the most amazing green garden with fire pit, fruit trees, trampoline, barbecue, etc. better setting for a wonderful holiday hardly exists!

Fra terrassen er der en fantastisk udsigt ud over Svendborg, Taasinge og kig til vandet.

Old idyllic half-timbered house with sea views, own beach plot, quiet undisturbed garden, a cozy pavilion as well as two wood-burning stoves for the cool periods. Please bring bed linen and towels. Including cleaning, but coarse cleaning needs to be done. Close to forest and good hiking trails or mountain bike trails in Svanninge Bakker. Der er et lille nyt køkken med ovn, kogeplade, opvaskemaskine, køleskab og kaffemaskine (gratis kapsler). Der er fri adgang til haven, gasgrill, simpelt udekøkken og søerne. Fiskekort kan købes online for 50 kr. Beliggende i naturskønne omgivelser mellem 2 søer, tæt på Odense.

The house "No. 1" will be for you, with your own and a shared patio. There are beds for 6 people, spread over 2 bedrooms, which are on the 1st floor. The living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully decorated, and there's both a heat pump and a fireplace for the colder days. Bed linen, one towel per person, water and electricity, as well as final cleaning are of course included in the price.
