The cottage is located 2 minutes from the beach and there are many opportunities for nice walking and biking in the area. New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Located in scenic surroundings and less than 1 km from Halsted Kloster Golf Club. ⛳️ On the farm there are 3 lakes, where you can encounter frogs, salamanders, etc. The farm is 15 hectares with rich wildlife and a great chance to spot sea eagles, our marsh harrier family, buzzards, roe deer, etc. Here on the farm, we live - Susanne and Lars with dog, 2 cats, cows and a flock of happy chickens 🐓🐄

There are games for children and adults and toys for children and childish souls. Have been rented out by previous owner with super good reviews of house and place. NB: THERE IS NO INTERNET in the house.

The annex is located in our garden, directly down to the water. You can just walk down the stairs and take a dip! Or take a walk in our orchard and forest, greet our Scottish Highland wall and enjoy the view on all sides - we live on a peninsula - Draget. It is a scenic area with forest, beach and bird life. There is the possibility of lovely walks by the beach, on the dam and possibly a longer trip Skalø around.
