Small cozy cottage 60 m2, about 200 m from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. There is a lovely view from the living room and terrace over the meadow and a glimpse of the water. The house is bright and nice, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet with shower, 1 small bedroom with double box mattress (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood stove. Nice terrace, there is a grill, sun loungers and garden furniture.

The home is on South Funen, and can be used year-round From May-September, you can book 6 people. From October-April, the house is intended for 4 people as the 2 beds are in the unheated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 meters to child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing, including trout and mackerel. the price is excl. linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for an extra 75, - (10€) extra / person. Please let us know when booking if the linen package is desired. (Annex with two beds is for summer use only)

A perfect way to stay in the heart of nature. Langholm is and has been a family farm for over 80 years and oozes nostalgia, coziness and good stories. The farm is close to shopping. A 96 m2 retreat, with cattle, heron colony and foxes as neighbors. In the garden, there is a small cozy fireplace and shelter with 3-4 sleeping places. We are close to the forest and beach meadow, 300 meters from a lovely beach, 1 km from Falsled Harbor, and from the completely unique eatery Falsled Kro. We are located right on the edge of Svanninge Bakker, and the area is very suitable for outdoor activities such as hiking, running and cycling. The Øhavsstien trail starts at Falsled Harbor.

Deceleration on the island of Ærø

The guesthouse is located only 300m from the Baltic Sea coast with sea views. The farmhouse is furnished for self-catering. The sculpture garden invites you to relax, including a swing and sandpit for your youngest. You will surely be watched by the four horses on the paddock. The island is ideally suited for "decelerating". This certainly contributes to the fact that there is no television but many books and a lot of nature. Ærø can be explored by bike, on foot or on horseback.

The swimming area at Sknt Jorgens Lighthouse is within a 15 minute walk. The house is located only 8 min by bicycle and 5 min by car from the center of Svendborg. Supermarket within walking distance.
