From the front door it’s a quick trip to Colorado University (CU) Campus, Folsom Field, hiking in Chautauqua and Mt Sanitas, the Boulder Theater, and the many restaurants and bars that make Boulder a year around destination. Get a taste for Colorado life while staying in truly local comfort and style. Just a 2 minute walk from the Pearl St. Mall, the location of the Pine St. Cottage speaks for itself, but that's not all. Originally built in 1910, we recently renovated the space with the goal to rejuvenate and energize all who stay! We wanted to make it comfortable, yet keep the design simple and aesthetically pleasing. Our Cottage will let you feel at peace, yet drive you to explore and experience; it will let you expand your comfort zone, while providing a cozy space to rest and recover. For those summer months we are happy to provide Bike Rentals to our guests! We provide all the basics for you: private parking, a full kitchen, coffee+tea, a bathtub+shower, hairdryer, laundry machines+soap, an ironing board, a hybrid memory foam queen mattress, full HD 4K TV!!+netflix+amazon streaming, Youtube TV, a Playstation 3 for those (very few) rainy days, and Pack and Play for infants! Of course each guest has individual needs and we are happy to meet them. Let yourself unwind and explore life beyond the daily routine! We are here to answer any questions you have, as well as to help make your stay comfortable! We are readily available and will respect everyone's individual needs and space. Located in the heart of boulder, the location simply cannot be beat: walk to world-class dining and cultural experiences at the Pearl St. Mall in downtown Boulder. Don't worry about your car, it will have its own private off-street parking spot, get on your walking shoes and hit the streets! No Car Required!! But a private parking spot is available. We RENT BIKES, just ask for more information! If the Pine St. Cottage is your base camp, you will be within walking distance of all the world class dining and cultural experiences that fill the Pearl St. Mall and downtown Boulder. There is easy access to a number of hiking trails within minutes of the front door. No need for a car with easy access to the Downtown Boulder Bus station and regular buses to Denver, DEN airport, as well as into the mountains to our local ski resort Eldora. We highly recommend utilizing the Boulder Bcycle system for getting around town. The Pine St. Cottage is fully licensed, and operating legally, as authorized by the City of Boulder.

The spacious downstairs suite has a separate, private entrance, lots of sunlight, 10 ft ceilings & great amenities: King bed, marble-counter bathroom, clothes washer/dryer, wet bar with dishwasher, leather couch, 50" television, Roku with Hulu Plus, radiant floor heat & AC. Sorry, no pets due to medical issues in our family, this is a dedicated allergen-free unit.

Kind, gracious, and accommodating hosts. We felt right at home and appreciated Frances’ recommendations & helpfulness. My partner and I were staying just for the weekend to attend a wedding, and Frances was flexible with our check-in, responded promptly and let us make some adjustments to fit our needs. They went above and beyond for us and we are very grateful. This location is amazing, the bed was so comfortable we slept like babies, and had everything we needed. Thanks Frances!!

We had a wonderful stay at Sara & Svein’s beautiful home! We’ve stayed in several AirBnBs, and this experience is one of our favorites. The space was quiet, comfortable, clean and in a great location. We were able to walk to Pearl Street and easily get around town. The hosts thought of everything a guest may need which made the experience easy and enjoyable. We also appreciated the hosts being so responsive and informative before and during our trip. From check-in to check-out, everything was clear and easy. They even kept us in the loop about events going on around town in case we wanted to attend or to be aware of any traffic concerns. We would love an opportunity to stay here again soon.

This place was perfect for our needs. My son and gf are looking to relocate to CO but not sure where yet so we took a little trip over a long weekend. It was super clean, able to accommodate the three us and if needed more spacious. She had several recommendations of local eatery’s and it was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. I would definitely come back! Highly recommend this place

Our stay at the industrial chic studio apartment was everything we could have wanted in a beautiful historic district of Boulder. For a small space, it was so well designed that it felt very roomy for two people and two small well-behaved dogs. Extremely comfortable bed. Exceptionally clean, quiet and simply decorated. No clutter at all like you have in some Airbnb rentals. Conveniently located two blocks from Pearl St Mall. Walkable neighborhood with June flowers and shrubs in full bloom. We'd like to stay here again.

Nicole’s space absolutely exceeded expectations. The location was perfect for both walkable access to shops/restaurants but also SO close to all of the big climbing / hiking access nearby. She also clearly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome with small touches of care. The space itself was clean, comfortable, cozy and functional for what we needed. Would absolutely stay here again!
