Had a great stay! Everything was clean and tidy on arrival, directions to access house was clear and made it very easy. Once inside, it was relaxing with plenty of space. Nice big bedroom and comfy bed, great bathroom. Everything was supplied, cooking needs, toasters, perfect. Highly recommend, not far from anything! Will book again.

Absolutely stunning views from balcony overlooking both farm and ocean. On top of watching cows graze, we saw rabbits, wallabies and many different species of birds. Although the closest beach was a bit rough, just metres down the road are plenty of more swimmable beaches. Accomodation is clean, spotless and spacious. It is well equipped, making it a home away from home. Shops are close and the host is always available and willing to help. We absolutely loved our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this thoughtfully designed property. While it operates as a business accommodation, the personal touches in the decor and furnishings made it feel warm and welcoming. The space was spotless, comfortable, and well-furnished, with stunning views from the balcony. Communication with the host was seamless, and every effort was made to ensure we had a great stay. Highly recommended, and we hope to return in the future!

Wonderful place to stay! Love the peaceful and quiet surroundings! Had lots of space in the house and my kid loved the bunk bed room..there were also plenty of games to keep her occupied. Washing machine and dryer were easy to operate.

The house was well located, clean and had everything you could possibly need for a perfect girls weekend away! We've just returned from the most magnificent 3-night stay at NETHERBY WATERS BEACH HOUSE! It was the perfect house for a super comfortable multi-generational family holiday. The living area is spacious and homely with a fabulous view of the ocean from the sunny deck where birds come to feed! The bedrooms are comfortable and clean and the bathrooms were so well stocked with all of the essentials! In particular it was fantastic to be able to cook in the excellent kitchen and have everything required to hand without having to stock up on essentials like oil, herbs and spices. The hosts were fast and responsive and very accommodating of our requests around check in dates and check out times. We look forward to booking the home for another stay in the future.

Big house lots of rooms and beds, great for big families. Nice backyard and spacious. Table tennis for the family to play with and best of all a jacuzzi

My children and grandchildren stayed in this homely property with us for the weekend. The location and house was absolutely perfect and Richard was extremely kind as we hired the house for a specific purpose. The view from the property is stunning, which is hard to see just how fabulous it is from the photos. Thank you for a memorable weekend.

Paul & Lisa’s place was exactly what we needed. Just a beautiful little cottage, 700 meters walk from the beach which we loved. The house was completely fully equipped with absolutely everything we needed. Paul was so quick to respond every time we had a question about something. I can’t recommend them highly enough. We will definitely stay there again. We just did not want to leave!!! Thanks guys, you should be proud 🙏

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with a nice balcony to relax on. It was conveniently located just 10 minutes from the Phillip Island Circuit, and close to the beach where I spent an enjoyable day. There were plenty of nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it was also close to the bus station for trips to Melbourne. The host was understanding and kind, making my stay even better.

Beautiful apartment unit, immaculate amenities, larger than the photos showed, with plenty of space. It is on the 3rd floor and yes there are stairs (no lift) but this did not detract from my stay. Host was friendly and responsive, would definitely recommend.

Duncan's apartment was so lovely.. It was modern and clean. It had everything you needed. The location is excellent as it's across the road from the beach. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a beach holiday.
