Monthly Rentals in Sumner Head

Beautiful flat! Lots of things to do around the area. I highly recommend watching the sunrise at Sumner beach and walking the surrounding hills.

You can really see why Rachel's accommodation is so highly rated, it is truly exceptional. The attention to detail and the quality of finish in the space is fantastic. We highly recommend.

Sandra & Daryn's place is beautiful and well appointed, very modern and has stunning views. The washer/dryer was appreciated (we stayed in many B&Bs on our trip and this is not as common as you'd think). Bed was comfy, and Sandra & Daryn are very responsive and helpful if you need anything. We also appreciated Zara the cat coming to see us (she's gorgeous!) We will absolutely stay here again when we visit Christchurch again. Thanks Sandra & Daryn.

The Sumner location was great for access to the beach and hiking trails. The place was very clean and spacious for the two of us. Megan responded to a couple of questions I had immediately. Highly recommended
