Sonja and Christian are great hosts and the accommodation is just what we were looking for. Peaceful location in the close vicinity of all major hiking areas… shops and restaurants are also located only a short drive away. Will be definitely returning…

Nice, clean accommodation with a beautiful view. There were no other guests besides us when we were there, so the house was very quiet. The area is also quiet and lovely. Gabi and Lukas welcomed us very kindly. The breakfast was prepared with great care. Herzlichen Dank!

It was very nice to stay with Riki. We felt super comfortable and were able to enjoy the time very much. The house, conservatory and garden are super cozy and welcoming! We had nice conversations with Riki and even overcome ourselves in the cold salza. Overall totally recommended!

Apartment is an absolute dream! The location on a hill offers a fantastic view over the vineyards of Christian. It is very spacious, quiet and well equipped – perfect for a relaxing time out. The kitchen is modern, well-equipped and in pristine condition. The highlight is the hot tub on the balcony, which was already pleasantly preheated to 36°C when we arrived. Plus a glass of excellent wines from the in-house winery – just perfect! The fireplace provided coziness, whereby the temperature in the apartment was ideal anyway. Convenient: The parking space directly in front of the stairs to the apartment. Important to know: It is offered as not child-proof, but with a few outlet inserts we had solved this quickly. An apartment that has been noticeably designed for your own use and not a typical vacation home – we will be happy to come back!

The unit was well laid out, very clean , great block out blinds. Had everything we needed. Lots of information pamphlets regarding what was available to visit in the area.

Lidwina was very helpful, we arrived with kids around midnight it and they had no problem to check us in so late, even offered breakfast for the first morning (with eggs from their chickens), hence late arrival. Recommended better resort for skiing which is 7min drive from home. Overall experience was very nice.

This place is a dream! Everything is decorated with a lot of love and taste – casual and with bohemian charm. Lisa was very easy to reach and communication was very easy. We really didn't miss anything, and we would love to come back sometime!

The place was geandios. Everything you need. Even for the needs of a toddler there was everything. Gladly again.

First of all, we were very satisfied and happy with this place! The apartment was perfect! The environment was so beautiful! Just a few remarks. We were a bit surprised because we had to pay more than 100€ extra for bed sheets (almost 17€ pp, and that’s a lot of money when your with two grandparents, two parents and two small kids), even though we had our own with us. It would be fair to include this in the total price what airbnb shows you. The swimming pool was busy but nice. The sauna was super but it would be better if it was more clear that it is without swimsuit, since other guests with swimsuit were looking at us a bit oddly. When we arrived we drove for 16 hours and we were smelly, we wanted to shower, but it did not work. Luckily the staff made the effort to fix it in the evening. Despite the above, it was all worth it because of the nice and very friendly staff, the perfect environment and the complete and clean apartment. All in all we would definitely come back again!

Very friendly host who is quick to respond to any questions. The apartment is quite large, with office table and comfortable armchair. Access to the garden, could also sunbathe there undisturbed on weekends. Apartment is quite central, shopping at a short distance.

The most beautiful property, in the a stunning location with an host that provides the experience of a 5 Star hotel! Gerald was simply the best host, indeed one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. Picked us up from station whenever upon arriving and when was needed for forward transport. provided breakfast and when we checked out made us a dinner instead of the breakfast. Gerald took all anxiety out of travelling - I am thanking my lucky stars I chose this location with this host! The property and surroundings were stunning - beyond my wildest dreams and better than any words or even picture would suggest. Book this place. You will love it!

This flat was super for what we needed for a short stay in Graz. Exactly like the pictures, balcony spanding the length of the apartment, great size for two people. Short walk from the Graz Main Station or inner city, also tramline very close to the flat, approx. 3 minute walk We enjoyed the included breakfast at Das Eggenberg breakfast, trendy big restaurent/café with friendly staff Check in was very easy, codes were provided and no keys needed The apartment is seemingly a business rental, and not a private home

We were there from 31.12.-03.01. and enjoyed the stay very much. Especially the hot tub is a super great thing. Heated up to 40 degrees, so it is also absolutely suitable for frostbite. The room was exactly like in the photos, sparkling clean and easy to relax. The beds are comfortable. The surrounding area is very quiet, you can sleep wonderfully. Hosts and listings are highly recommended 👍🏼

Definitely a great place. The villa looks just like those in the movies - antique furniture and interesting history. The shared space is very clean with a vintage style. It’s on a small hill which provides wonderful views and air. It’s good to walking up there as there is beautiful river view and grassland. Sometimes there’s a cute black cat. Host - Peter is absolutely a considerate, hospitable, and fun host (also handsome). It was really good to talk to him and to ask for local advices. One of the best things about traveling is to have interactions and connections with people who you might never know if it is not for this trip. Overall, I had a wonderful time here. I would really recommend this place to those who want to peruse inner peacefulness and experience some hits of nostalgia as written in Peter’s description.

Larry and Lisa were phenomenal hosts! They made us feel right at home and provided wonderful recommendations for local activities and restaurants. They also provided us with recommendations on places to stop on our journey driving throughout the country. I would highly recommend staying with them. Their home was warm and comforting and the surrounding area was absolutely stunning. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat, this is the place to go.

I was able to spend 3 nights at the Bergerhof and could not have enjoyed the time more! The area is great for hiking and I got very good tips for hiking from Christian, also adapted to the respective weather conditions of the day. Otherwise, his mother, Maria, was also in the yard. Thanks to you, I got a great breakfast every morning with nice company (even at 6 a.m. for early hikes) and was also able to take enough food for the hike! You can hike directly from the farm and you are wonderfully secluded for real peace! And all the animals give the whole thing a great character! On the last day, I also bought myself some delicacies (products from my own cultivation/farm). Would come back at any time for a hiking holiday or to escape the stress of everyday life!
