The lake house, my personal life's dream. But too big to use alone. Away from mass tourism in the middle of the mountains, right on the lake surrounded by forests. In and around the house everything is very generous for people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to two barbecue/fireplaces, the private jetty, beanbags and garden swings, rowboat, SUP and garden hut ("Villa Seen-Sucht"), our guests can use everything... so it's more fun for all of us. The holiday apartment for up to 6 people is located in the estate castle, which is in the Lavanttal between Bad St. Leonhard and Reichenfels. The wonderful property is located on a slightly elevated spot above the valley and offers an incomparable ambience. The castle is surrounded by romantic natural ponds and orchards. The farm shop "Fischerei Zur Alten Mühle" is open every Friday.

Coming from Steinbergstrasse into the Neupauerweg, you enter our garden and you will be surprised by the huge 300 year old lime tree directly in front of our house. Your car park ist just left behind the gate, from there you already have a view almost all over Graz. Your seperate entrance to the apartment is under our carport.
