Welcome to our little farm As our guest, you'll sleep with a view of the forest and meadows, relax in the garden sauna, and shower in the cozy cabin. The wood-burning stove keeps the cabin nice and warm. There's plenty of room for culinary creativity: wood-burning stove, induction cooktop, pizza/bread oven, or barbecue. The outhouse is cozy and rustic, and the herb garden is wild. Our kittens occasionally stop by to say a playful hello. A place to slow down and connect with nature.

The double room with private bathroom and balcony is located in a private apartment. Bedroom (18 m²) with double bed, table, chair, upholstered armchair, fridge. Luxury bathroom (8 m²) with bathtub, south-east terrace with park view. It is only a 10-minute bike ride to the lake and a 10- to 15-minute walk to the city center of Klagenfurt. Free Wi-Fi. Breakfast optional €15 per person. Free parking available right in front of the house.

The property, right on the Weiermoarteich, is only 14km from the Red Bull Ring. Parking and WiFi are provided for free. The lake is a 5-minute walk and the next largest city of Villach or Feldkirchen can be reached by car in about 13-15 minutes.

Our house is a typical bed & breakfast. It is located between Bad Aussee train station and the city center (short walks). The rooms are silent. We offer in this house two double rooms and two single rooms. The breakfast is extendend and flexible. There are also vegetarian and vegan options. We are experienced hosts, because our family welcomes since 1976 guests in our house. And we stil love it. :)

Beautiful guest room in nature

We rent a simple and functional guest room in a Styrian farmhouse. Here at the farm of the Obenaus community there are sheep, cats and the loving dog Minnie. The place invites you to relax and unwind from the stress of everyday life. On the almost 2 hectares of space, you will find many quiet places where you can relax.

When greeting

Spend your holiday in a lovingly restored farmhouse, surrounded by greenery. Although the room does not have a balcony, the terrace in front of the house and the garden are at the guests' sole disposal.
