Waterfront holiday rentals in Stratford

My mom and I had a lovely stay here. The place was nice, clean, and very quiet—just what we needed while visiting family nearby. It was comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The host was quick to communicate and made everything easy. Would definitely stay again!

We had a perfect stay! Everything was immaculate and as described. The BBQ was pristine! We enjoyed grilling and sitting out on the terrace every evening. Beautiful and peaceful setting very close to the national park. We enjoyed use of the bikes. Blain was an excellent host - so friendly and welcoming. Would 100% recommend this place.

I was looking for a cozy private place close to my friends on PEI. This was my first winter visit after 50+ years of summer trips to camp. The Island is bracingly beautiful in winter, and no mosquitos or people! This place I chose to take refuge from the cold was above and beyond what I was looking for. Will and Brian are the loveliest humans. Friendly, super accommodating, respectful of your space yet responsive if you need anything. The place is spotless, tastefully appointed and the shower is the best! I was treated to a welcome package of eggs, honey, jam, syrup, bread, butter, milk and skin care products all from the Island. If you are looking for the whole Island experience this is the place. I have new lifelong friends. And if you like dogs, you will love their dog, Daisy!

When time flies, you know you’re in a great place! This was such a lovely Airbnb in a picture perfect location. The unit was well stocked and very comfortable and we lacked for nothing. We had peaceful nights with a cozy king bed. I think our favourite part were the two Adirondack chairs in the yard situated to get the best ocean views. There was a BBQ to use but we chose to sample the area restaurants (more than a few) within walking distance. There’s also a paved bike/walking trail 1 minute from the house and last but not least, the beach is just off the backyard. Trent and Debby were lovely and hospitable hosts. Would love to return!

We had an amazing stay at Doug & Mary’s AirBnb! From the moment we stepped in the door it was everything we expected and more. The apartment is well appointed and the attention to detail was well appreciated. It was so relaxing to sit outside in the Adirondack chairs for morning coffee or evening drinks while watching nature, viewing the sunsets and seeing the ships pass by. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in and the reclining chairs in the living area were also inviting to slip into. There was no need to request anything because the cutlery, appliances, dishes, etc. were all there and of great quality. Our one and only request was for an outdoor footstool and Doug was there within minutes to provide one. We highly recommend this gem of a stay and look forward to visiting again in the future. We had a long term (5month) stay. Sue & Chaz went above and beyong helping us settle in including helping us as we got the children set-up catching the bus to school. They were only to happy to help if we needed anything. They were incredibly friendly and made sure we felt at home. They cared about the kids letting them hang out with their pets (my kids loved that they allowed them to have the cats hang out with us!). Chaz pulled out toboggans when snow covered their fields and the kids enjoyed playing in the snow! (Being from Australia this was awesome). The place has a stunning view from the loungeroom overlooking their gardens and the water. The location is perfect- quiet, quintessential P.E.I ! They also had great recommendations for the music and resturant scene in Charlottetown making sure we made the most of what P.E.I has to offer. We'll be back!

The CB Cottage was everything our family was hoping for, and more, for our week long vacation to PEI. Its central location made it very convenient for visiting all corners of the province. The house was spotless, well appointed, and very well stocked with everything you could need….nice to have all the amenities of home! The property itself was private, quiet, with a million dollar view of the water…. Morning coffees were amazing! Will hopefully return very soon!

Tarah was awesome from The Moment I booked last year. The house was absolutely stunning and such a great view! Tarah gave us some pointers on the closest place for groceries and left us the park pass for use! We would 100% recommend Tarah as a host and we would stay there again.

Absolutely a gem of a property! We stayed for three nights and loved every minute. The home feels wonderfully cozy, with windows framing beautiful views of the water or lovely grounds from every angle—so peaceful and relaxing. The photos don’t do the interior justice. The decor is a unique blend of modern and antique, thoughtfully arranged with artistic flair. Everything was spotless, and there wasn’t a single drawback. The outdoor fireplace was perfect for evening s’mores, and the string lights made the nights feel magical. My daughter especially loved the swings and hammocks. Truly one of my all-time favorite stays!

Great location for walking the waterfront, downtown Charlottetown, and restaurants. Tons of linens/towels provided. Host was very accommodating for early check-in and responsive throughout our stay for questions.

We had an amazing stay at Island Properties! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, incredibly comfortable, and had everything needed. The location was over the top exceptional - quiet, an incredible view, peaceful, and so close to everything in the downtown. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. This will be an annual location to return to.

wonderful stay for two nights for a ladies trip for 6 people . Very cozy and exactly what we were looking for. great response from the host and an easy check in and out. Lots of room and bell TV which was a treat ! Thank you ! Highly recommend.

The location was fantastic, the place was clean and spacious, and parking was super easy. We really appreciated all the local recommendations and tried quite a few—they were all great! Make sure to check out the Water Prince Corner Shop—that ended up being our favorite, with the best lobster I’ve ever had in my life. Thanks so much!

The condo exceeded our expectations-gorgeous property, great view, clean and just as described. Close to everything-beach, great food, waterfront trail, souvenir shops, etc.

Our stay in Charlottetown was wonderful! The property was nice and it had all we needed. We were especially pleased that it was close to the waterfront and the shopping district.
