We had such a wonderful stay at Phillip’s place! The home was just as beautiful as described in the photos and listing, clean, cozy, and full of charm. The location was amazing, with everything we needed within walking distance. We truly felt so relaxed and comfortable during our stay. Phillip was a fantastic host, friendly, receptive, and very attentive. Highly recommend staying here if you get the chance! We booked this place for our first trip to PEI and for our 1st anniversary. It was truly magical. We felt at home from the moment we walked in. They put so much thought into the details, it was amazing. We truly loved waking up everyday to the ocean and the fishing bats, only to relax in the evening to the beautiful sunsets and walks on the beach. If you are looking for a private oasis on the ocean, do not think twice. Thanks Jared & Neha for being amazing hosts and creating this captivating space for others to enjoy. We hated to say goodbye, but hoping this is just see you next time. Cheers

Staying at Big Blue was an absolute highlight of our trip to Charlottetown. Nick could not have been more helpful or accommodating and the place is a gem. Comfortable, full of charm and neat as a pin, with lots of thoughtful touches. I am only sorry we weren't able to spend more time in the house and lovely surrounding neighbourhood due to a busy conference schedule. Absolutely recommend - what a treat!

Wonderful stay in North Rustico. Great location for a stay in PEI. Home is very well-equipped with coolers, beach towels, games, etc. the linens and beds were as good as any 5 star hotel I’ve stayed in. Would highly recommend this home for a small family who wants to explore the beauty of the island!

Easy walking distance to lots of great restaurants and things to do. Dico was extremely responsive and flexible and the space was exactly as advertised and beautiful. A wonderfully stay, would stay again!

We had a great stay in Charlottetown at Joanne's cute house! The location is perfect within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, parks, and the water. We brought bikes and were able to easily get on the Confederation trail within 2 blocks from the house. The house is adorable and has everything you need including a roof top deck! The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean with a great shower! The kitchen is beautiful and you could definitely cook a nice meal there with everything you need. Joanne is very receptive if there are any issues and left a nice list of local places to get coffee, groceries, etc. This is my second time staying at this lovely property. It is definitely the place to stay if you want to enjoy Charlottetown and the island of PEI!

Absolutely incredible spot. Peaceful and charming house with plenty of room for plenty of guests if needed. Amazing yard space and great views. Very private and peaceful area. Wonderful time. Highly recommend

Mildred's property gave us everything that we were looking for before and during our stay. The property is very comfortable and as described. Mildred was a great communicator and was very proactive. We would happily recommend and stay again.

Great, convenient location - it's a short drive to Charlottetown but in a quiet neighborhood with a grocery store and restaurants down the road. Drake was a great host, very friendly and responsive! Our stay was very comfortable, I would highly recommend!

I had a great time. The b&b was very cute and homey feeling.

My friends and I stayed in Amanda’s upper apartment and really loved our time there. We arrived late at night and couldn’t find the key in the dark — it would have been very easy to find in the day lol. We called Amanda and she was so friendly and helpful despite how late it was. Throughout the day, we were at SOMMO Festival — a bit of a drive but we didn’t mind at all since we loved Amanda’s place so much! If you’re touring the island, it would be amazing since it’s only 35 minutes from Avonlea Village/Cavendish. I’m not sure if anyone was staying on the lower floor; if they were, we never heard or saw them. We had total privacy. The beds were comfortable and we all had an amazing sleep each night. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Close to downtown, easily walkable! Suite was clean and brand new. Comfortable king size bed. Will stay again.

I was looking for a cozy private place close to my friends on PEI. This was my first winter visit after 50+ years of summer trips to camp. The Island is bracingly beautiful in winter, and no mosquitos or people! This place I chose to take refuge from the cold was above and beyond what I was looking for. Will and Brian are the loveliest humans. Friendly, super accommodating, respectful of your space yet responsive if you need anything. The place is spotless, tastefully appointed and the shower is the best! I was treated to a welcome package of eggs, honey, jam, syrup, bread, butter, milk and skin care products all from the Island. If you are looking for the whole Island experience this is the place. I have new lifelong friends. And if you like dogs, you will love their dog, Daisy!

Rosa and Joe are great hosts! Joe welcomed and explained about the property when we arrived! They are so responsive and kind. If you visit PEI and wanna enjoy discovering downtown, their place is definitely listed!!!

We are very happy to have found this cute rustic countryside accommodation that was close to all amenities. The hosts thought of everything from lawn games and comfy spaces to sit outside to beach towels and toys. Suite was set up with nice touches. It was a great value and hosts were so friendly and kind. We look forward to coming back again!

Lovely, peaceful stay. Super quiet and the perfect getaway just a few steps to the downtown core. The condo was furnished with everything you need.

Great views, lovely surroundings and complimentary snacks and bathroom products were much appreciated. Very quiet if the upstairs unit is not rented seperately. We would come again!

Great location. walkable to everything. beautiful and peaceful. my 2 year old son loved the balcony and watching the boats. park close by, coffee shops and shopping.

We had an amazing stay at Island Properties! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, incredibly comfortable, and had everything needed. The location was over the top exceptional - quiet, an incredible view, peaceful, and so close to everything in the downtown. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. This will be an annual location to return to.

wonderful stay for two nights for a ladies trip for 6 people . Very cozy and exactly what we were looking for. great response from the host and an easy check in and out. Lots of room and bell TV which was a treat ! Thank you ! Highly recommend.

The location was fantastic, the place was clean and spacious, and parking was super easy. We really appreciated all the local recommendations and tried quite a few—they were all great! Make sure to check out the Water Prince Corner Shop—that ended up being our favorite, with the best lobster I’ve ever had in my life. Thanks so much!

Loved it and really appreciated that it was pet friend. Very peaceful location and central to many locations on the island and very close to cavendish. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay in Charlottetown was wonderful! The property was nice and it had all we needed. We were especially pleased that it was close to the waterfront and the shopping district.
