Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Strand

What a great location on Texel in the beautiful village of Oudeschild. Moderately centrally located, so you are everywhere within 15 min. The cottage was very complete, everything has been thought of. Unfortunately, Agnes herself was on vacation with her family, so we were not able to meet in person, but the communication went very well all week, also from Agnes it was regularly asked how everything went here, very nice!

Unfortunately, we were only 5 days in the accommodation, but it was really very nice. Right in front of the door, two pigs grunt happily to themselves and you are really right at the edge of the forest. Everything is very idyllic. You definitely need a car to get there. There was also a supermarket about 10 minutes away by car. In the kitchen there was everything you needed. The sauna was also really great and we slept heavenly in the beds. All in all absolutely recommended.

We had such a peaceful stay, the property is beautifully furnished and felt private. It’s in a great location with lots of walking routes directly from the property. We would love to visit again!

We spent a week with our 3.5 year old daughter in the nice little guest house. There was everything needed, plenty of towels and linens. Lydia was quick to respond to inquiries in advance. You are quickly at the beach and in the village. We would definitely visit again!

Beautiful and nice accommodation if you are looking for peace and nature. Friendly host who is quick to respond and happy to help. I really enjoyed the accommodation and would definitely recommend it. Anything you need is present. The bed is nice, the shower works well and the space is large enough for at least 2 people with a nice outdoor space.

We booked the house because it appealed to us from the reviews. Our expectations were far exceeded. We arrived at a house where we immediately felt at home. In the kitchen there is everything you need for daily use. Everything is very clean and tastefully decorated. Communication with Saskia was possible without any problems. We rented the house with a friendly couple and went home after a week very well recovered. We can recommend the house without hesitation. We would like to come back next autumn. Ruben's sweet ground Level Flat was perfectly Situated for our 2 night stay in Amsterdam. Located literally around the corner from the Rijksmuseum and the major tram stops it was so easy to get around. The space is clean and bright. We really appreciated the quiet backyard Patio after a day of exploring Amsterdam. We would stay again.

Joost was an amazing host to me and my family! It was the first time that we were traveling abroad with our 11mo son and he made us feel right at home- even had a travel crib set up upon arrival. The location is very convenient - right above a coffee shop which Joost gives vouchers for :) very walkable and overall great space!

Like every year, it's a real pleasure to come back to this apartment. Everything is always impeccable, comfortable. The exchanges are simple and pleasant and the location is ideal.

Communication with Tine was excellent from the very beginning. The view of the sea and the sky... every sunset in the sea is different every day... incredibly beautiful. The apartment is very lovingly and tastefully furnished and very well renovated. It was also handed over really perfectly clean, everything smelled... it is also absolutely practical to have a garage space for the apartment. You can really feel at home in the apartment. Tine is full of warmth and helpfulness. She gives wonderful tips for the area. What do I say? It doesn't get any better 🙂👍🏼🍀❣️

A perfect family stay in an extremely well located apartment between Saint Idesbald and La Panne. The apartment is beautiful and equipped with all the facilities. Very clean. Upon arrival, it was exactly as in the pictures. We just had a whole house to ourselves. Very nicely decorated and it all had a luxurious look. We also made wonderful use of the hot tub and bath. We enjoyed it.

This apartment was amazing for our quick trip to Amsterdam. The location is perfect—right on one of the main canals and walkable to everything. Helena was such a gracious host and gave us some great recs for vintage shopping, drinks, and eats. The space was well appointed and she was so flexible with our arrival and departure times. I would 100% recommend this place and would stay here again on a future visit.

We had the most wonderful stay. The Garage was perfect for what we needed. It was beautifully done, Sanny and Dennis had thought of everything. It had a lovely feeling to it, was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Check in was really easy. We used the bikes (thank you!) and the location was a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Alkmaar. We would not hesitate to return. Thank you for creating such a cool and beautiful space. The Condominium is in a nice quiet part of Amsterdam, but still easy to get to city centre. Was very clean and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay in the vibrant city of Antwerp. Hannes's apartment was beautiful, spacious, very comfortable and with secure underground car parking. It's in a lovely location, a few minutes from the heart of the city by public transport, Velo bike, or on foot. Hannes was an attentive and responsive host, answering messages and making great suggestions about the local area and its amenities. We would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking to visit Antwerp.

The apartment has an excellent location. Everything is accessible by foot, shops, restaurants, the sea. The well-known Lippenslaan and Kustlaan are nearby. The host had provided us with good restaurant tips that we enjoyed very much. The apartment was sparkling clean and very nice and tastefully furnished. An apartment from a 4-star hotel but completely private! 😉

Outstanding stay at Huis Roomolen! Henri & Mel were terrific, kind, and very responsive hosts ~ they assisted us with bike rentals nearby, loads of dining options, and a fully stocked studio for our brief time in Amsterdam. The studio itself is in a beautiful, quaint, and very safe area of the city, just blocks from many canals. The studio was impeccably clean, the terrace is lovely, as are the fish and greenery; and the bonus breakfast goodies made for such a relaxing morning before touring around. We highly recommend and would absolutely return! Thank you again, Mel & Henri, for a fabulous stay!
