Authentic romantic house in quiet village

Our detached house is located within walking distance of the beach and the Grevelingen. Our house is divided into a spacious lounge room (with a double bed and in the bedstee a bunk bed for 2 people), kitchen with living room, bedroom on the 2nd floor. Enclosed garden, private parking and play area. 4 bicycles are available and a canoe (3 people). Painting lessons by appointment in the studio at the back of the house. Supermarket 2 km away. Small campsite supermarket 500 m away, only open in high season.

We, a family with 4 children (8, 11, 14 and 16 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. New (May 2022) modern vacation home for 2 adults and 1 baby. Located in the village of Westkapelle, 200 meters from the dike and the sea. The beautiful clean beach is accessible 500 meters from the house. The house is well insulated for a comfortable stay throughout the year. You can do many activities in Westkapelle and surrounding villages, such as fishing, surfing and shopping. The surrounding villages are easily accessible by bike, as are the cities of Middelburg and Vlissingen.

Sandepark 127 can be found in Groote Keeten, a small village directly on the coast and 3 km north of the cozy and tourist village of Callantsoog. The Sandepark is a quiet and green holiday park about 600 m from the coast. The wide sandy beach is great for beach recreation: swimming, surfing, fishing, kite flying, blockards and paddle boarding. In the immediate vicinity of Groote Keeten you will find beautiful walking and cycling routes through beautiful nature reserves.

Since July 2020, our guest house has been open for bookings: A renovated old stable, located in the grounds of our 1804 farm, located on 4.5 acres of grassland. Ideal for 1-4 people, a 5th guest is welcome. 2 Double Beds + 1 stretcher. On request: 1 cot and 1 travel bed. It is fully independent. The private summer house has a living room with well-equipped kitchen with oven/microwave, induction hob, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. Upstairs is the bedroom with made-up queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with towels. Of course, you can use the free Wi-Fi. Our accommodation is located in Katwijk aan Zee, a stone's throw away from the beach and the dunes. The shopping center, terraces and restaurants are also within 5-minute walking distance
