Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Strand

Linda is a perfect host and communicated with us before, during and after our stay, answering all our questions. Finding the property and checking in was easy. The location is a very quiet residential area, with reliable transport links (tram and bus) to all the major sights of interest, shopping centre and railway stations. The property itself is a beautiful art deco apartment which retains a lot of its original features, without sacrificing 21st century comfort and amenities. The bed was really comfortable and we slept very well. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and has everything you need to prepare and cook a full meal and there is a dishwasher (hurray!). Shower is great with an unfailing supply of hot water and having a washing machine and tumble drier was a real bonus as we arrived with a lot of laundry. The neighbours were friendly. If we come back to Den Haag, we hope to stay here again as it's a great base from which to explore both city and seaside.

Karin was an excellent host; very kind and caring. She gave us directions to the house. She was there to hand the key and a tour of the house. She was very welcoming and warm. The house was as described, clean and functional. She left some things for breakfast in the fridge, which was a very kind gesture and very convenient. We would undoubtingly recommend a stay at her place.

Our stay at Vincent's apartment was lovely. It really was super clean, absolutely no clutter, and the bed was very comfortable. The street was quiet and away from the touristy areas. However, it was just a short walk to the busier areas and the museums, a real plus. The steps up to the apartment were indeed very steep. We mentioned this to our Dutch friends and they said "welcome to Amsterdam"! They are part of every house so we accepted this and got used to them. Vincent's Check In instructions were clear and we had no problems. We had a very memorable stay. Thank you, Vincent.

What a wonderful B&B! Quiet and atmospheric, and from the terrace and the hot tub, a beautiful view over the meadow. We enjoyed! Jitske and her husband were friendly and helpful and breakfast was also 5 ***** worth it! Hope to see you next time!

good communication with Reinie from the start. Guest house even more beautiful than the photos show. Very warm welcome and upon arrival there was a surprising treat ready. I had a few nice days and immediately booked for next year.

A unique accommodation in the middle of the canal center! When you reach the beautiful little attic apartment via the narrow staircase, you know: you've done everything right! Sebastiaan is a perfect host, extremely helpful, friendly and lovable. Everything is sparkling clean, beautifully decorated including fresh flowers and welcome cava! At night, you sleep well despite the central location, as it is completely quiet. You can't rave enough. But it's not barrier-free.

A fantastic and complete stay. Everything is available and the sauna completes it all. Communication with the host was very easy and there is a lot to be experienced in the area. So highly recommended!

Gite corresponding to the photos, even better ( we didn't expect an entrance spacious enough to shelter our bikes). Frootje is very responsive to messages and his mom met us on arrival. Absolute calm, clear environment, very pleasant living space, very good bedding. In the listing, we talk about 3 bedrooms, there are 4( 2 with double beds, separable if needed), and 2 with single beds. One of the double bedrooms is on the ground floor, it's good for people with difficulty with the fairly steep stairs. Just to know, the hangings could be obscuring( in the bedrooms)for those who like the darkness to sleep. And the toilet is with the shower, a little annoying when you want to get ready in the morning. In short, a place to remember. Thank you for everything. Nadine

We enjoyed the apartment very much. It is modern and lovingly furnished, clean and you have plenty of space. The terrace with a lounge and pretty plants is a special highlight. The apartment is located both in the center of the village and close to the beach. A parking space directly at the entrance (backyard) is also available. Important for us: Dogs are allowed to be taken to the beach on a leash during the day in Westkapelle - this is not the case everywhere. Linda and her husband have a restaurant below the apartment: fantastic cuisine (especially recommended: daily changing, freshly caught fish dishes - super delicious!) and extremely lovely, competent service! We spend a wonderful weekend there with friends. The location is lovely and quiet, but close to lots of activities in the area. Perfect place to stay, we'll definitely come here again.

A beautiful home immersed in nature and surrounded with friendly animals. We had a very peaceful stay and we felt very much at home. We will return!

We were with a group of friends of 10 and had a lovely stay at Aleida and Rick's AirBnB. It had enough space, plenty of showers and toilets and each room had its own sink. The place was large yet homely. Highly recommended if you want to explore Friesland with a group! Very nice host too, smooth contact and very nice thinking along. Despite the changeable weather, we really had a great weekend here!

We stayed with the kids for a week. The beach was a great walk. Were also in the zoo, butterfly house and on the largest playground in Europe. Everything was reachable in 20-45 minutes. Highly recommended. Beautiful area, super nice people, also in the restaurants with the little ones. I'd love to come back :)

We felt very comfortable at The Tree House. Ruud and Marieke are very warm hosts. Absolutely recommended.

We had a pleasant stay at Astrid's accommodation. It is very clean and we enjoyed the outdoor space. Easy access from the central station whether by bus (line 391) or by sprinter train. Recommended!

My family of four stayed at Max’s place for four nights. The location is great, with just about an hour’s drive to many popular destinations in Holland. The view of the lake from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment was clean and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay in this quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and we will recommend it to our friends and family if they visit Holland in the future.

The apartment is in a great, vibrant neighborhood only minutes from the downtown. It is spacious with plenty of light. Rein is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great week in Mylène's apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and the bedding in the bedroom is very comfortable. The terrace is spacious and the sea view is beautiful. On sunny days, it is a pure pleasure to enjoy this beautiful terrace. For the grayer and windier days, you can continue to enjoy the beautiful sea view from inside the apartment. If you like to watch the sea "live", this is the perfect place. Mylène's welcome is warm and she ensures that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We'll most certainly be back!
