Monthly Rentals in Story County

Jon's place was excellent. We loved the small town feel, where we could walk and explore the area near where we stayed. The neighborhood was excellent, and we loved waking up to walk across the street for the Bricktown Bakery. His place was very clean and comfortable. The only slight issue we had was knowing what button to push after we typed in the code to enter the doors. Everything else was great. We would highly recommend, and would stay here again if we are in the area!

This place is super cool! Not what you’d expect being in the upper half of a garage. They were both very quick in context of responding. In addition, anything you could need or extra of something was there!

It was my first time using air b&b so i was thankful for how easy everything was, unfortunately i didn’t notice the check out instructions until after i had already left town so i didn’t get a couple of them done. That’s on me! The house was very clean and served its purpose, the neighborhood was quiet, and the beds are extremely comfortable.

We had stayed here a couple of years ago for our daughter's birthday. This year we were thrilled to see it was available again! the only thing we were disappointed about was the construction of the boathouse which we weren't aware of until we got there. Otherwise it was a great overnight stay and will always recommend others to stay here!
