Taste the forest berries along the way is a must:) The house's kitchen is open to the living room, easy to hang many tsm, with doors facing a large terrace for hanging even outside:) For children there is outdoor trampoline&sand box

In Erikslund you live with proximity to nature and you have about 1 km to shopping center, about 2 km to the city center. The house is located next to long exercise and ski tracks that connect to the ÖSK-Östersund ski stadium and Spikbodarna, among other things. If you want to walk to the ski stadium it is about 1.4 km. There are three bedrooms with 180 cm, 140 cm, 140 cm beds. There is also the possibility to make the sofa in the living room into two 80 cm beds. In the basement there is a 160 cm bed, as well as two beds that are 80 cm.

It is about 7 km to the city center from the house (12 minutes by car). Good bus connections are also close to the house (200 meters) and in Torvalla center (1 km). In the center of Torvalla, there is also the nearest grocery store Coop Torvalla.

Två toaletter, dusch och badkar ger extra bekvämlighet. Ute finns en stor gård (2 ha), trädäck med inglasning och två grillar samt en lekplats. Bara 100 m till sjön med strand och 5 min med bil till centrum. En perfekt plats för avkoppling nära naturen!
