Guest apartment in farmhouse built in 2022 with high coziness! On the lower floor is the entrance hall, a toilet and a shower. Upstairs is a fully equipped kitchenette (induction stove, microwave and fridge) and two sleeping alcoves - one with two 80 cm beds and the other with two 70 cm beds, which can be put together into double beds. Sofa and TV in one sleeping alcove. Office space for computer to screen and wifi connection. Nice hiking terrain behind the house with road down to Helgesjön (2 km) and snowmobile trail to Fröå mine (8 km).

The houseboat is located in the lake, anchored to land with jetties around. Individual location in rural environment. From the upper floor of the houseboat there are large glass sections facing the lake, with the possibility to sit indoors or outdoors and see the beautiful view. Two bedrooms and a living room. On the lower floor there is a kitchen, dining area and sofa. Outdoor there is wood-fired sauna and hot tub, outdoor shower with hot water, outdoor toilet, barbecue area and outdoor furniture.

The property is next door to Östersundstravet, 800 meters to Storsjöbadet and camping and about 1 km to Lillänge shopping center. Duvet covers, pillows and cleaning equipment are available. Please bring your own bedding. Please let us know in advance if you would like to rent bed linen and towels (SEK 50/person).

Parking is right outside the house, socket for engine heater. Electric car chargers are available for an additional charge. Cleaning for an extra charge.

One large room with a bed (140 cm), sofa (which can be used as a bed), desk. NO KITCHEN but there is a small refrigerator, micro & water boiler. As a hotel room - larger. Good storage and drying facilities. WIFI, TV with apple TV. Own part of patio. Not shoveled in winter. Parking space - by house. "Trixy" driveway up, due to road conditions.

We even have a towering creek running next to the cabin that creates a soothing sound that our guests pointed out and enjoy. WiFi is available in the cabin.
