Upstairs is a fully equipped kitchenette (induction stove, microwave and refrigerator) and two sleeping alcoves - one with two 80 cm beds and the other with two 70 cm beds, which can be put together to make double beds. Sofa and TV in one of the sleeping alcoves. Office space for connecting computer to screen and WiFi. Nice hiking terrain behind the house with a road down to Helgesjön (2 km) and a snowmobile trail to Fröå mine (8 km).

DURING WINTER SEASON, AGE LIMIT IS AT LEAST 25 years, alternatively in the company of a guardian. 25 sqm plus 12 sqm sleeping loft. 150 meters to Åre bakery and ski bus (which goes directly to the VM8). Note: NO PARTIES! Walking distance to the square and the station as well as the airport bus.

Convenient apartment building of 30 sqm in quiet residential area a stone's throw from the stadium, close to the forest and the main lake but at the same time close to the city. On our site is a new built guesthouse. Fully decorated with kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen complete with oven, two induction tiles, kitchen fan and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine with drying function. It is a bedroom with a piece of 160 cm bed and a sleeping loft with two 90 cm mattresses. The loft with a ladder up and suitable and cozy for children.

Bryggstuga on the vicarage

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Move into the old school cafeteria where the church's students ate their school lunch during the day in the 40s and 50s. The wood stove that crackles in the kitchen is the same one on which the mother cooked lunch. She lived on the upper floor and we offer her kitchen with adjacent bedroom and bathroom. Quiet and peaceful in the old timber building. Outside, you can enjoy the mountain views or visit Frösön's beautiful church, which is next to the rectory where the host couple live with their dogs and cats.

Houseboat in fantastic location

The houseboat is located in the lake, anchored to land with jetties around. Individual location in rural environment. From the upper floor of the houseboat there are large glass sections facing the lake, with the possibility to sit indoors or outdoors and see the beautiful view. Two bedrooms and a living room. On the lower floor there is a kitchen, dining area and sofa. Outdoor there is wood-fired sauna and hot tub, outdoor shower with hot water, outdoor toilet, barbecue area and outdoor furniture.

Fina badplatser, fiskevatten, bär och svampskogar finns i närheten. Vi tillhandahåller täcken och kuddar. Sängkläder tar gästen med sig själv eller hyr av oss för 60 sek/set

Cozy cottage really close to the Great Lake, situated in a small villa neighborhood near Östersund, the cute little gastronomy town amongst the mountains. A heaven for foodies and sporties. The cottage is located in our yard, twenty meters from the main house and thirty meters from the lake. The property is fenced in and we have loose friendly dogs in the yard. Car is required.

Parking is available directly adjacent to the accommodation. Near the house, there is a snowmobile trail that takes you up to the Svartsjöarna outdoor area.
