With a fantastic location in Åre Saddle with ski in/ski out to Åre's entire ski system. Here you are also within walking distance of the cross-country trails as well as Björnens center with services such as restaurants, shops and ski rental. Walking distance to Åre Ridklubb/Ridhus where it is possible to ride in a fantastic environment.

The accommodation is ski in ski out, you can easily slide down to the sitting hoist in less than a minute. -Fully a kitchen with a striking view. - Living room with TV and panoramic window. - Two bedrooms each with 2x90 cm beds, brand new. - A WC. - Sauna and bathroom, renovated in 2022. - Storage with room for equipment. - Small laundry room. - Pet-free and smoke-free. - Age limit - 25 years (children in guardian company are warmly welcome). - Departure cleaning is managed by tenants.

Perfect mountain in Åre Björnen

Central modern 4a in Åre Björnen, Bear Lodge, with ski-in/ski-out and close to grocery store (ICA ToGo), restaurant and Skistar rental. Lovely views towards the mountains and Åresjön. Balcony, sauna, underfloor heating and a fast wifi (500 Mbit/s). Parking space with engine heater and elladage (5 kr/kwh). Perfect location for the family and the active. Via the lift system you reach Åre village and cross country/bike trails. Right outside the door you also reach wonderful trails for hiking, berry picking, fishing and trail running.

Super nice apartment 65 sqm in the middle of the village! High up in the house with a view and balcony towards Åresjön. 250 m to lift, 150 m to train and 300 m to the center with restaurants and shops. Here you live perfectly in Åre all seasons whether you are going skiing, biking or hiking and enjoying the nature around Åre. Nice hiking opportunities in Åre's proximity. The variety of amusements is endless with several good restaurants, shopping and adventure swimming and SPA for kids and adults.

Note! We weeks 2-5 we only rent out to families or parties 35+. Fresh apartment in the middle of central Åre with lovely balcony facing south. 200 meters to Åre square and 100 meters to the train station. The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. Of course, children are welcome in the company of parents! Rented to maximum 6 adults. Works for 7 people if some are children. Rented Sun-Sun, Sun-Thurs or Thu-Sun. Featured weeks only Sun-Sun. Here you have ski in/ski out directly outside the door. In the evening you can light a cozy fire in our fireplace or heat yourself in the sauna. From the balcony you have view over Renfjället and Åresjön. Private parking and Wifi included. The apartment has four bedrooms with a total of 10 beds.
