Perfect spot to hang around and walk to town, restaurants, and live music or to chill by the river. It’s a straight shot to San Antonio and many other local tourist towns, which made it a great location as well. We had a great time and would love to come back!

This might be the cutest house ever, lots of room yet everyone had their privacy too. Back porch and yard were perfect for the evenings and the dogs had some space. Definitely will recommend to family and friends when they visit

Awesome place for a getaway! Only 10 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg, so it’s far enough to feel like you’re away from town and in your own place, and close enough to be near the excitement when you want it. The house is super cute, well-put together, and the land it’s on is beautiful. All-in-all it’s an amazing place. I’d highly recommend staying here, and the hosts are very friendly!

Perfect location in Johnson city and only about 20 min to wineries in Fredericksburg. Clean house and pool and great communication throughout our stay if we had any questions arise. Definitely would stay again!

What a great place to stay …. The house was perfect for my husband and me and we had my 93 year old mom and one of my best friends with us… everyone had their own bedroom ( beds were very comfortable) and bathroom … loved the coffee bar… Afton had some great coffee … we sat on the back patio area around the fire pit and had coffee in the mornings ….. very spacious home! Would definitely recommend this rental and will absolutely rent again!

Twilight Ranch may be my family’s favorite airbnb stay to date. We booked last minute and our host, Leah, was incredibly fast to respond which was a constant throughout our stay. The location is a bit further from Fredericksburg but the drive to/from is stunning and you have plenty of privacy to relax on the patio, in a hammock or even in the hot tub. Our favorite part by far was the horse on site. The host made sure we were comfortable with her being out and about first, but she was the star of our stay. The horse was friendly and open to pets, often just walking beside us as we enjoyed time outside. My toddler couldn’t get enough of “my nay”. Twilight Ranch was perfectly set up for our family and I absolutely would stay there again in the future.

Came here with my partner for my birthday. We had so many plans to go do things for example going to San Antonio. We decided just to stay and relax after getting to the bunkhouse. We enjoyed the privacy, the peaceful surroundings and all of the nature. Loved the set up of the house. It was a very cozy vibe, and it was lovely to be able to take a bath and that huge tub water was definitely hot and enjoyable. Seeing all of the animals was such a plus the sunsets are breathtaking. We even got to experience a little storm and that was awesome being Stuck in the house watching a movie and just enjoying our time. Would definitely recommend staying here especially if you’re wanting to get away from the city life. We would definitely come back. Also the town Boerne was very cool. Had a lot to do for it being a small town we recommend trying the huge cinnamon roll the size of your face at Richter Bakhaus. Relaxing in the pool with that view is something we miss and hope to experience again soon

Place was cozy, very nice view, and very clean. Overall plenty of parking, perfect spot in between San Antonio and Austin. Pool was perfect temperature and clean, hot tub as well. Will be coming back for sure.

Great peaceful quiet place love the atmosphere very peaceful. I can’t emphasize on beautiful and relaxing.

Even before we step foot inside, Danielle was the most incredible host. She was very communicative, flexible and accommodating. The place itself is incredible! The pool is gorgeous and the photos don’t really do it justice, there was also a working hot tub. The kitchen is excellent and equipped with everything you would need and there’s also a grill. I totally Loss over the fact that there is an incredible soaking tub on the top floor! The top four bathroom is huge, and the perfect place for a group of girlfriends or a family to get ready together. Everything about this place was wonderful and I will actually be coming back again someday because I loved it that much.

This is a beautiful, secluded home with so much to do for families. You can hike and swim on site. You can find shade and sun around the pool any time of day. The porches in the front and back of the house and the large living room and kitchen area provide a wonderful place for families to hang out, play and visit.

Beautiful house with lovely amenities. We’ve stayed a few times at this location over the last five years and it’s still well maintained. Would stay again.

We loved our stay here! Adrian’s place was so peaceful. We had a great time recharging and definitely recommend this place to others.

The responsiveness of Chuck's team was great! We had a group of 12 and the sleeping spaces worked great for all of us. It's pretty close to downtown and the grocery store if you need to pick up a few things.

This little cabin is great! It's even cuter than the pictures. I was worried it might feel a bit dark with all the wood trim but there is lots of natural light. All the windows have blinds that are easy to open and also close when privacy is needed. Very quiet location but close to lots of local activities. Really appreciated how clean it was with everything I needed for a great stay.

Martha was a wonderful host and has a lovely home. Her directions made it easy to find. She had great local recommendations!

Highly recommend staying at The Martinsburg! Clemens & Audrey are fantastic hosts who are so accommodating and friendly. The homes at The Martinsburg are the coolest tiny homes that felt secure, private, and cozy. Clemens & Audrey fill the home with thoughtful details, with everything you could need, down to dog bowls and dog treats if you indicate that you'll be bringing your pets with you. The retreat really immerses you into the charm of Fredericksburg, with local recommendations and even locally-sourced soap used in the home.

We chose this place for our daughter's surprise engagement. Monica met with us months ahead of time to scope out the place for beautiful pictures and plan the weekend festivities. She was helpful every step of the way and even the weekend of. she coordinated weather updates and made sure everything was as promised. This place is ideal for small weddings or events. She has 3 different places to stay at on the ranch for multiple families. So many places for photo ops or locations to hold the wedding/reception depending on the size. our house was charming, supplied with everything we needed including a cool place to enjoy the hot tub. the drive to the Trade Days was just a few minutes. after a long day shopping downtown this place makes for a wonderful girls weekend. to top it all off monica brought us bfast for each day. some of the best cinnamon rolls and biscuits we've ever eaten. you cannot go wrong staying at the Monarch Ranch! it is truly a hidden gem! thank you Monica!

The cottage is so quiet and peaceful! The location was a great place for day trips to Fredericksburg, Wimberly, and Blanco of course. Melinda was very responsive when the internet went down (due to a provider not within her control) and let us use her hot spot on her ipad to watch movies! We did not have a pet, but the yard is nicely fenced for a pet which is a great benefit. You MUST read the cottage information book that provides the very interesting history of the cottage and renovation. Great Place!

Such a beautiful and peaceful place to stay! Check in couldn’t have been easier, and we loved everything about the cabin. It was so clean and comfy, and the large shower was amazing. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had a wonderful long weekend at Trinidad’s and Samantha’s place! The whole airbnb is thoughtfully furnished and decorated, and you really can’t beat the views all around the property. Enjoy the stock tank pool and do some stargazing, because on a clear night it’s perfect for it. Thanks for an excellent stay!

Very nice place with an awesome kitchen and porch, stargazing was wonderful on the porch at night. Also the first Airbnb I’ve stayed at with a game console so that was neat. Lovely home all and all!
