Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

The apartment has about 40 square meters of living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace overlooking the pond. Überlingen on Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes by car. The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.

The 45 m² basement apartment in our house is modern and brightly furnished; it offers space for 2 people to feel good. A small kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven and two hotplates. Wi-Fi is available. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 x200). In the spacious bathroom there is a shower and toilet. The floors are tiled and covered with real wood laminate in the bedroom. All rooms with windows and shutters.

We offer you a quiet place for two. The apartment has a separate entrance. It is very comfortably furnished and has a small kitchenette with cooking facilities. Towels included Arrival 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm We are in a very good location. It is 15 km to Lake Constance. The Schwackenreuter lake district with 10 lakes is right next to us. Thus pure nature is great to enjoy by bike or on foot. There are plenty of hiking trails.

Clear recommendation! We stayed with our dog for 2 nights at Norbert's place. The welcome was very friendly and we were shown everything. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you might need. She has a lot of attention to detail with decor to the season and a small emergency basket in the bathroom in case you forgot something at home. In the living room there was a folder in which all the information was available (from waste, internet to TV). From the balcony you have a very nice view of the countryside. The apartment is centrally located in the village center and therefore a lot is within walking distance. For a short time with the dog, the city garden is about 3 minutes away. The apartment is also very suitable for longer stays.

An absolutely charming studio! The apartment is located in the basement and is wonderfully quiet. It is very well maintained and clean, with many small details and atmospheric light sources. Furnished by Carmen with a lot of passion. The large, comfortable bed with a large selection of pillows as well as the pleasant silence let us sleep excellently. At night, you can hear the refrigerator at most occasionally. The TV is attached to a swivel arm and can be conveniently used from both the bed and the sofa. Behind the kitchen is a practical cloakroom, ideal for clothes, shoes and luggage. From there, you can access the washing machine and dryer. The garden square invites you to linger - in sunshine you can enjoy the sun from morning to night. By the way: Between October and April, the apartment is rented out, so there are no reviews for these months. Conclusion: Highly recommended - a small oasis of relaxation!
