My partner and I had a wonderful stay at The Little Barn. From the moment we booked the barn Sarah was attentive and welcoming. The barn was exactly as shown in the pictures and we made good use of the outside seating area in the evenings. This stay was relaxing and gave us a chance to explore the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful home and lovely surroundings. The house was clean and had everything you would need for a weekend away. Host was very friendly. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends!

Jessica’s place is a little bit of magic. So much thought and care has been put into creating a wonderful space. The accommodation is brilliant, the bathrooms are fantastic, the sun terrace is a perfect spot and Jessica clearly works so hard to make everything a brilliant stay! We stayed with our 2 boys and we all had a brilliant time.

This property was a perfect place to come back to after a days racing at cadwell park. Everything that you need, and a helpful folder to guide you through the necessities. Spotlessly clean. Will absolutely make this our base for future visits
