We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

Very nice apartment located in a quiet area. There are shops, a bus stop nearby. The station is a 15-minute walk, or by bus is also 15 minutes. We really liked this place, I can recommend it. Anja and family to be very welcoming.

Even after booking, the contact with Florian was very courteous and friendly. The check-in was very straightforward via his father, who lives on the ground floor of the house. The father always tried to spoil the dog and provide us with excursion destinations and tips. 😊 The condo is well appointed and was clean. Its location is very suitable for various excursions. Only the main road, which runs under the bedroom, was a bit disturbing in the evening/early morning. - At night, however, no car drives there, because the apartment is very idyllic. In 🙃 addition, the view of green meadows with many sheep and cows quickly makes up for it!

Full 5 stars!! The accommodation is as described and pictured or even better. The furnishings are top-notch and most hotels can learn a thing or two from the cleanliness. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We had bicycles with us (without prior notice), and we were immediately offered a parking space in the shed. I didn't even have the opportunity to ask ;) For our children, the bunk bed and the adjacent play area with trampoline were the highlight. The surroundings around the Simmsee, but also Chiemsee, were very beautiful. In particular, the Simmsee is not yet so crowded. Everything can be easily reached from the accommodation by car. We can very well imagine another vacation in the accommodation!

Beautiful space in an idyllic location. The room was spacious and bright, with balcony. Very inexpensive offer. Only restriction: A little remote; you depend on the car. This will take you to Bad Endorf or Simssee in just a few minutes.

Finding the place was super easy and checking in was even easier. 2-3 steps and you are inside. No waiting, no calling, no lost time. the apartment is very spacious and well organized. It has everything needed, literally. All areas are sparkling clean. It has a very pleasant terrace where you can sip a cup of coffee. The coffee is on the house. We enjoyet every moment of our short stay at the apartment!

When we entered the apartment, we were very surprised at how large this apartment is. Everything is super nice and cozy and nothing was missing. Neither in the kitchen nor in the bathroom. The area itself is also super beautiful. You live, so to speak, between the fields. Lake Chiemsee is only 20 minutes away by car. There is a super nice and delicious Italian restaurant within a 10-minute walk. Communication with Madlen was also great. She responded quickly to questions and the like and immediately proposed a solution. We highly recommend this apartment and would have loved to stay there longer!

We had a very nice time in the accommodation of Sandra and Franziska. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love and you feel right at home! The amenities exceed every expectation and surprised us a lot. A lot of effort is put into this and focuses on special features. We've never before experienced it. On the cozy balcony with beautiful views of the lake and mountains you can have a great breakfast or end the day! Had a great time!

There are no words to describe the great ambience of the stay on Fraueninsel. It was fantastic!! Rarely experienced something as idyllic as on the Fraueninsel. The apartment was more than great! An apartment with charm and really enough space. Spacious bedrooms overlooking Lake Chiemsee, a large kitchen and we used the kitchen regularly during our stay. The entire apartment was very, very clean. There is a small Edeka on the island, where we bought our food. All in all a jewel and many thanks to the hostess, who helped us to experience such a great short break on the island 🙏

The space is small and cute. On the terrace, there is a table with 2 chairs to let the evening end outside or to start the day with a relaxed breakfast. Overall, the apartment was very clean. You feel very comfortable there! :)

We had very nice days in Christa's apartment! The apartment is clean, has everything you need, a beautiful garden and a fantastic view of the mountains from the living room. There is a lot to discover in the area and you can also hike directly from the farm. Christa and her family are really child-friendly, very nice and helpful. Thank you again!

We were received super friendly and had a really nice contact with Karin and her husband all the time. The apartment was great and met all expectations, you can take really nice excursions, on foot or by public transport or car and then enjoy the great view of the mountain on the balcony. The recovery effect is so fast that you can easily switch off. Thank you for this!!!

We were on vacation as a small family and we were absolutely satisfied with everything. Great accommodation, especially the fly nets on the windows I liked very much, as they are missing in many accommodations. The highway can be heard minimally with the window open. Great location and lots of activities in the area for families. Thank you for everything!

We, 4 adults and 2 dogs enjoyed staying at Bettina's place very much. We felt very comfortable and our dogs were also warmly welcomed. The apartment is very nicely decorated and perfect for the number of people. Bettina is a very warm and helpful host (she even invited us to a private celebration). She gave us many great tips for excursions and hikes. The location is perfect and you can do a lot in the area (Traunstein, Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden , Salzburg). We will be happy to come back.❤️🐶🐓🌷⛰️☀️

Everything was great, the apartment was very nice and is located on the outskirts. It is quiet and you have many opportunities to walk

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach the Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is only a short walk away, we even went there twice. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The furnishings of the apartment were very good and as described. Everything you need for everyday vacation life was there. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace and quiet was heavenly. You can only hear the rushing of the stream and the occasional ringing of the cowbells. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

Franz and Astrid are very kind and accommodating hosts. We were warmly welcomed and everything was well explained (apartment, pool and sauna). We have received many good tips for activities in the region. In the pine bedroom, you could sleep very well. There were four of us with our two dogs, who also felt very comfortable. The farm is located in a quiet area that invites you to relax. Definitely highly recommended ❤️👍

The holiday home of Christine and Jozef is a real gem for peace seekers. House is equipped with all comforts, clean, spacious and very comfortable. The house is in a very rural and quiet area, overlooking the Alps, and with opportunities for cycling, hiking, swimming in the summer. Waking up in the morning to the sound of cows mooing, who wouldn't want that?

We felt comfortable right away, everything was very clean and nicely furnished. Absolutely sufficient for two adults with a dog. The Whirli was our highlight and already heated up and usable upon our arrival:) Beautiful hiking trails can be started directly from the apartment and the beautiful outdoor swimming pool is just around the corner. We ate deliciously in the inns in the village :) We fell in love with the village of Flintsbach directly, everyone was super friendly, as well as the contact by messages with our hostess. We will definitely come again!!!!!

Max and his family were very nice and helpful. Max always reacted quickly and was there for questions and requests. We would definitely book again ☺️

The place was beautiful and flooded with light. In the morning, we could enjoy the sun directly in the accommodation, and the garden offered the perfect opportunity to soak up the warm sunbeams in complete tranquility. Everything was perfect: The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and equipped with wonderfully thick, cozy blankets. The fireplace provided coziness, and in the basement there was even a small gym with everything you needed. Hubert and Ines were great hosts – always quick to communicate and incredibly helpful. They even provided us with sleds! An absolutely great place and fantastic hosts.
