Cabin holiday rentals in Stenungsund Municipality

This home is a five star plus. The view, the yard, the sauna, the hot tub, the simple and lovely decor all contributed to a wonderful two week vacation for my husband and I. During our stay we had a minor medical emergency and Peter responded with support, suggestions and care. We felt completely taken care of thanks to Peter and his neighbors. We waited 2 years to be able to stay here and it was worth the wait. We will definitely return!

We traveled by train and bus only and Erica and James' place is quite walking distance. Bikes are very convenient and the area is very well served by bus. We had a great stay of several nights with Erica and James, two very discreet, available and attentive people. The hot tub was very nice! We'll be back with pleasure if the opportunity arises, thank you!

Cozy place! Great views and views from the house and terrace. Large oak with swing on the terrace, was appreciated by the children in the company. Walking distance to Småholmarna, great sea bathing. Afternoon and evening sun on the terrace for dinner. Peaceful place!

Annika and Jonas hosted us at their beautiful seaside estate with multiple housing units. All houses were booked for the weekend but they are all spread out and privacy was not an issue at all. Easy self check in at arrival and a personal welcoming to go through some specifics. It’s evident they’ve put much effort into making the tiny house a relaxing escape with all you need to feel at home right from the start. Access to shared seaside dock and sauna was a wonderful addition to the secluded and private deck at the house with a hot tub and grill. We had some wonderful days in this paradise. Such a beautiful place and cozy accommodation. We barely wanted to go home.

The house has a really great, quiet location and you don't see any neighbors but only nature. The view of nature from the sauna is fantastic. Sandra is very responsive and helpful. We felt very comfortable. However, the reception is not so good on site and there is no Wi-Fi, which may be an important information for some travelers.

The cozy cottage is in a very quiet location on Tjörn and can also be reached by public transport from Gothenburg, as long as you take a 3 km walk. From here, some excursion destinations can be reached within an hour. The place had a well-equipped kitchen so you can both cook and bake. As well as a washing machine and a beautiful garden. There are also bicycles available, but we did not use them. The storage space in the chests of drawers and cabinets alone is somewhat limited. We and our dogs felt very comfortable at the place and enjoyed our stay. Margareta helped us with all questions in a timely manner and was a very kind host.

Very beautiful environment and nice accommodation. Incredible view. It was clean and felt fresh. The outdoor furniture was a little worn but perfectly fine.

Annika is a very nice hostess. Check-in went smoothly and Annika also greeted us personally. In the evening we always sat in the porch and watched the deer in the garden. One evening there was even a moose and ate the apples in the garden. What else could you ask for?

Very nice and clean summer cottage with an great garden. We felt right at home Great for trips to Gothenburg or the archipelago.

We were looking for a secluded place to stay so that our dog has a stress-free New Year's Eve and found it. Beautiful house in great surroundings with helpful neighborhood. Modernly furnished with (earth) heat pump, large bathroom, everything to commemorate Christmas and New Year's Eve. The house was discreetly decorated for Christmas, you entered the accommodation and immediately felt comfortable.

The place was beautiful and exactly as described. The key safe made the arrival flexible and easy. The car could be parked directly in front of the house. Everything was clean and very welcoming. We immediately felt comfortable. The terrace is fully enclosed, so our dog could move freely. The surrounding area is a small residential complex. In September, however, only a few people were there. So it was super quiet and relaxing. You could walk to the water in 5 minutes and look over a fantastic landscape. Ulrika is a great landlady. She responded immediately to questions and drew our attention to highlights. Thank you for the great and relaxing time!

Beautiful location in the middle of the forest surrounded by numerous fantastic lakes and hiking trails through natural forest. Fireplace, trampoline, barn for cozy sitting even in bad weather. Decorated with a lot of love. Absolutely perfect for unwinding and to enjoy the wonderful nature in peace.

A fantastic nice house located in a very beautiful surroundings. You felt like home right away. The house contained everything you need with extra plus for the sauna. Wonderfully lovely on a cold winter day :)

The place was very beautiful and scenic . We were taken around for a tour around her farm . Also, we there was a nice swimming spot just about a 40 minutes away from a cycle. The host was very friendly and even offered us a lift to the station because public transport isn’t available on weekends.

This place was absolutely perfect ♡ Just what we were looking for. Quiet little space tucked away from the distractions of busy towns and cities. The sunsets were insane. Our hosts incredible. Great place if your looking for a quite get away. Especially great if you want to get to know your local host family. We couldn't have asked for a better Swedish holiday. Thanks again Wilma! We hope to be back again one day.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and well-furnished house. The view is fantastic, and the surrounding area is very peaceful. It's also great for exloring the western part of Sweden, e.g. National Parks. The space is perfect for two people or a small family, with plenty of room to relax. Everything was very clean. Please note, upon check-out you'll have to clean the house yourself. Maja was always friendly, responded quickly, and provided excellent tips. It felt like home and we would definitely book it again or recommend it to friends and family.

Very friendly welcome. The house was equipped with all the comforts. It is very quiet within walking distance ( <5m) of the sea. The sculpture park, watercolor museum and all other tourist attractions are easily accessible by car within half an hour. The quiet garden with plum tree is regularly visited by squirrels and even a deer. Highly recommended.

We had a few cozy days in the cabin that was in the middle of the forest. Jetty right by the house, perfect for a morning swim, nice hiking trail around the lake and fun to be able to borrow the canoe.
