The property is located rural with views of meadow and forest and in walking distance to sea bathing and public transport (2 km). In 5 minutes you reach the E6 which opens up the huge range of activities that Sweden's west coast has to offer. The property comfortably sleeps 4 (2 in sofa bed). Newly renovated cottage. Short or long term rent. A Sweden idyll overlooking Lake Stora Hällungen. The lake offers nice swimming and good fishing. The swimming area is 400 meters from the house. Nice sea baths are 10-15 min away from the house. Close to Tjörn, Orust, Marstrand, Ljungskile and Stenungsund. Nice trails and gravel roads for exercise and cycling. 10 minutes to Stenungsund GK golf courses or Lyckorna Golf Course. 40 minutes to Gothenburg and 20 minutes to Uddevalla. Wonderful place that needs to be experienced.

There are lovely beaches such as Strandviken and Hawaii, you can get there in about 7 minutes.
