Welcome to this cozy cottage of about 50 m2, with private location next to a nature reserve, a few km from Rönnängs Brygga on the southernmost Tjörn! The cottage is furnished with living room/kitchen and two separate bedrooms – one double bed in one and single bed + bunk bed in the other room + sofa bed in the living room. In the kitchen there is a dining area and various kitchen equipment, however, the water is not drinkable. The toilet has incineration and shower. In the living room there is TV and exit to spacious terrace. The house was renovated outside during spring 2020.

The cottage has one bedroom with 2 beds, toilet with shower, fully equipped kitchen/living room with sofa bed for 1-2 people and TV with the most common TV channels. The balcony to the west with wonderful evening sun. Garden furniture and barbecue facilities. The nearest bathing area is a 10-20 minute drive, or a 30-minute walk. Distance to the main town Skärhamn is 9 km and about 65 km to Gothenburg.

Our cottage is just a short walk away from both the sea and a lake. The little town has everything you might need like supermarkets, cafés and restaurants. There are plenty of outdoor activities to do, hiking in the beautiful woods, swimming, fishing, mountain biking etc. It is only a 5 minute walk to the bus and train station from where you can go down south to Gothenburg or up north along the Bohuslän coast. A car is not needed but there are also parking spots right next to the cottage.

En helt underbar liten stuga 30 meter från vattnet vid skåpesundskanalen med brygga vid strandkanten. Stugan är på ca 20 kvm men har alla bekvämligheter som man behöver. Badrum, toalett och dusch finns i stugan. Sängen är en bäddsoffa som blir till en Queensize säng när man fäller ut den. Passande för två personer. Fri parkering ingår.
