Cozy single-story villa with two nice patios with a lovely view of the sea and the Tjörnbron. The modern kitchen is newly renovated and offers plenty of room for both cooking and socializing. Walking distance to playground, swimming area, grocery store and with only 20 minutes by car you also reach some of the area's cultural highlights, such as the Pilane and the Watercolor Museum – perfect excursion destinations for those who like art and culture. For lovely barbecue evenings or a good paella, there is both a barbecue and paella pot.

Luxury villa with pool close to the sea

Amazing house for those who want that little something little something extra! Pool area, gym, hot tub, sauna and a lovely garden to rest your eyes on. The pool is accessible and heated to at least 28 degrees between May until September. Close to shop, clothing store, Pizzeria, sushi, Thai and hamburger restaurant as well as 600m to the train and bus station but above all the sea. The nearest town is Stenungsund 10 minutes by car. Good transport links to both Gothenburg and Uddevalla by train or bus. 30 minutes by car to Gothenburg.

Cozy house in quiet idyll with proximity to swimming.

Nice modern house. Quiet area with proximity to the sea and forest. 5 minute walk to the nearest swimming area and close to both Marstrand and Tjörn. Large terrace for comfortable barbecue evenings. Generous lot lot with space for cube, football, croquet and other summer activities. On the plot there is also a guest house with two bed spaces. Large driveway with room for several cars, caravan etc. Glazed patio with large cozy dining area, nice floor heating and fireplace. Welcome to our gem in the summer paradise of Aröd!

Welcome to our home, just 100 meters from the sea, with panoramic views of the Hakefjord and the sparkling blue sea. The home is fully decorated and filled with natural light. It's the perfect place for relaxation and activities in the surroundings/islands. On the large terrace you can enjoy the sun, or grill the evening's dinner. In the back you can enjoy the evening sun and the mountain. Explore nature or take the path up to Bränneberget, where in the past in the world you burned witches and take part of the view.

Modern family friendly villa near the sea!

Do you want to spend a few days or a week on the west coast this summer? Here you have a bright, beautiful and spacious house near Gothenburg and with the entire west coast at your feet. The house has a large kitchen with open plan living room and terrace. The roof of the terrace has a motor so you can easily convert o on depending on the weather. A large gas grill for cozy barbecue evenings and a huge trampoline on the back for the children. There's also a bike to borrow. You cycle to bath and shops in Max 10min.

The house on the mountain by the sea

Relax with the family in this peaceful home, near the sea. Go down to the bathrobe and take a bath the first thing you do or take a walk in the woods. Take a ride with the kids down to the water and fish for crabs. Pick blueberries for breakfast a bit away from the house. The house is located at the end of the street so you are not bothered by any traffic. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi in the photos is not in use at the moment but there is a wood-fired sauna raft that we are happy to help you book.

In Stenungsund - a small village by the sea 10 km away - you will find both shopping and restaruants and there are lots of touristics spots to visit along the coast.
