This serene and spacious apartment is bright, sunny and with a spectacular view over the harbour of Kalk Bay and False Bay. We love Kalk Bay and its walkability, restaurants, boho boutiques, and nearby natural ocean tidal swimming pools. This apartment is the answer!

The apartment was the perfect base for a couple of days in Cape Town. Located close to the waterfront and in a super secure building, we felt very safe the whole time. The views of the city from the rooftop and the view of Table mountain from the balcony were breathtaking. The apartment was exactly as described and offered everything we could have asked for. The communication with the host was very easy and fast.

This was our second time staying at this apartment, and once again, it was a great experience! The location is excellent — close to everything we needed — and the apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped.

What an incredible place to stay. Security around this neighborhood is excellent. Perfect location - minutes walk to everything in the V&A Waterfront. The condo itself is also perfect. Huge master bedroom with king size bed and enormous en-suite bath. Second bedroom has two twin beds and a large hall bath. Kitchen has everything you need including a washer and dryer, and the open living room / dining room combo is awesome. The best feature of this place, by far, is the back patio. The condo is on the lowest level, so just above the canal, and there is a comfy seating area (chairs and couch) to have your coffee and watch the water. Also, Matthew (Jeremy's assistant) is fantastic. He met us outside on arrival, made sure we had cards and keys, and then gave us a tour of the condo and answered all questions. He was also available by text throughout our stay in case we needed anything. Really a fantastic place. We will not stay anywhere else while in Cape Town.

The apartment is in a great location with secure parking which was good for our hire car, and the security and check-in was amazingly smooth. All of the building staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the apartment itself was perfect for what we needed, excellent amenities and the pool was fabulous with incredible views of the city and Table Mountain. We couldn’t figure out how to turn off the light from the air conditioning display which meant I had to sleep with an eye mask on because I prefer a dark room, but it wasn’t a huge problem and I’d much rather have air con than not in Cape Town! The apartment was a perfect base for us to do so many things in and around the city and Brendon was also very helpful and easy to contact. All in all, highly recommended!

What a great stay in a beautiful setting. The apartment was cozy and very clean. The kitchen set up had everything needed for a foodie. We enjoyed sundowners and BBQ’s on the spacious balcony and the professional Weber. It had great views of the mountain and bay. It is in walking distance to quirky shops and great restaurants. This house and Host Tanya were wonderful. It was perfect for my little boy who loved the jungle gym and the cupboard loaded with toys. The kitchen is stocked with all equipment you would need and a decent knife. Linen is clean and lovely along with Bathrooms all spacious and lovely. The out door area is perfect for dinners and relaxing. I would definitely come back. Thank you for having us

First off, Belinda is a fantastic host—extremely responsive and clear in her instructions. In addition to Belinda’s great hosting, there’s a housekeeper and a gardener who are both incredibly kind and maintain the house in top form. The house itself is very spacious and even more impressive than the photos suggest. It features three large indoor kitchen areas and an outdoor Braai. If you love cooking, this place is a dream come true! The pool is wonderful, though it does occasionally collect pollen and leaves from the neighbors’ trees. The house can comfortably accommodate six adults, but we stayed with just two adults and a baby for most of our stay. It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood, just a five-minute drive from Stellenbosch. There’s plenty to do nearby, offering the perfect balance of being close to Stellenbosch’s lively city center while still enjoying the peace and quiet. Definitely a place we would love to come back to!

Stunning location. Views to die for. Super well-equipped kitchen, everything and more. Comfortable and warm beds. Cozy fireplace and lovely outside sitting area. Showers are great, and it also has baths with views. We didn't try the hot tub, but it looks like a treat for colder weather. We will be back.

We loved our stay at Bianca’s wonderful home. The outlook onto the lake was serene, the house had everything we needed and the beds were comfy with great linen. Bianca is a fantastic host who provides thorough information and is immediately contactable and super friendly. The estate offers endless activities so it’s impossible to get bored. We will definitely be back!

What an amazing house. You have everything there especially the swimming pool. my kids were in the pool half of the time. Lots of amenities like pizza oven and huge braai area.

We had the best time at Rozenmeer. The house and garden were amazing and the contact with Laetitia was perfect! Also special thanks to Faith who was helping us with cleaning the house; she is amazing! We are definitely coming back next year.

We loved our week at this property! The house and grounds were gorgeous and well appointed. Kapito the house manager was helpful and kind. We were a large group with multiple cars, so having ample parking inside the gates was very useful. Everything was clean, well decorated, and felt very lux. No hesitation recommending this property- would absolutely love to stay there again.
