Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Stellenbosch

Great place! Loved the pedal boat option. Perhaps not so ideal if you have toddlers because the staircase does not have rails. Minor issue really and other than that we had a good stay.

Beautiful home, lovely pool, location was perfect, we could walk easily into the centre and a short drive to many lovely vineyards. House was well equipped with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Elaine was very easy to communicate with and check in / check out was straight forward. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again!

Flip was super friendly and responded to our questions. The House is nice and cosy. A lot of space in the living room and a huge backyard. Enough space for kids and BBQ. The area is super quiet, and near Stellenbosch. We enjoyed the house and want to come back.

We came with our 3 year old, 4 month old baby (and my mother also stayed with us) and the place was SO comfortable for all of us. I would have been happy if we stayed there our entire visit actually as we really had everything we needed. Kitchen crockery, cutlery, cookware and serving dishes were ample and varied. The dishwasher and washing machine worked well. There were little bins and laundry baskets in all the rooms and also more than enough plugs (which are small comforts airbnbs sometimes lack). Cupboard space is also very good. Beds and bedding were comfortable (although I prefer foam pillows). Marcy (their cleaner) was so playful with my son when she came in on our last day and Elaine and her husband were very warm people too when we met them at check-in and check-out so that also added to the experience. Basically, it is, in fact, as good as all the other reviews say ;)

This was by far the best staycation. Making sure my family re visits the place yearly … the house was so clean and the place was beautiful …

Our stay in Stellenbosch was great. The house is very spacious and comfortable, rooms were cozy and bathrooms were clean. The area around the house was even better than we thought, with a playground that was perfect for our 2y.o. son. Plenty restaurants and bakery nearby too. Jack and Anke always responded swiftly and sent us notice right as they realized we had forgotten some stuff in the house post-checkout!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Franschhoek. The place was stunning—peaceful, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the area. Our host; Nora Elsa, was incredibly responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. A special mention also goes to Analine, she was so helpful, kind, and attentive. Her presence really added to the comfort of our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Franschhoek!

Staying at Angi & Adriaan’s beautiful place was a treasure of our trip! The house was in immaculate condition with ammenities above the usual. Adriaan was quick to respond and assist in any way possible. Thank you for having our group :)

Wendy is warm, welcoming and professional. The unit is just as described (actually even better!). I booked Wendy’s home last minute for a little staycation with my 2 young children. Wendy was quick to respond which was great since it was so last minute. Prior to finalizing the booking Wendy was upfront and told me about her concerns and why the unit isn’t necessarily suitable for children. I really appreciated this and could make an informed decision based on the information provided. I went ahead and booked and it was really perfect for what we needed and the unit worked really well for us. My toddler loved the hot tub and I loved the thoughtfulness behind every single item left in the unit for us to enjoy. As a host myself Wendy definitely inspired me to do more and better for my future guests! Overall lovely experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment! It’s tastefully decorated, thoughtfully equipped, and had so many extra amenities that made our visit really comfortable. The host and her family were incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful, they went out of their way to make us feel at home and gave us great local tips. We especially appreciated the extra touches to accommodate our son and baby. It made traveling with little ones so much easier. The location is convenient yet peaceful, on a quiet street with a lovely garden. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly place to stay.

We had a lovely stay, the space is beautiful and peaceful. Good quality linen and everything you need in the kitchen. Jannineke is a friendly and helpful hostess and made us feel right at home.

Perfect location, close to town but still far away so that you could relax. Farm is beautiful, with an amazing spot to have sundowners while surrounded by the majestic Franschoek mountains. Manager was responsive, super helpful and flexible.

A lovely apartment in a great location with lots of beautiful restaurants and shops close by. The apartment was very clean and Carla and Lydia were super helpful and their communication was great! We would advise for future guests to not park cars on the street and ensure you use the safe and secure parking provided by the host under apartment. We felt very safe and right at home in the apartment. I would definitely recommend to everyone! Thank you!

Thera was such a wonderful host, so friendly and helpful, and she made us feel so comfortable and at home in her beautiful garden cottage. The perfect place for a break from the city, Thera had put so much thought into making the space as relaxing as possible. Try and book on a rainy day, the sound of the rain on the roof was such a treat, and the cottage stayed warm and cosy.

This was a comfortable stay in a lovely space. Best bed ever! The host was very friendly and responsive.

Very nice place to stay. Maybe a warning that other people are on horses around the farm and the dam is not very accessible or easy to swim in.

What a peaceful place definitely coming back

We had a perfect stay at Debbie's Fish Eagle cottage. The cottage is beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable. The hot tub was a win. We loved being so deep in nature. The dam was perfect for us to paddle on. Debbie and James her assistant were friendly and helpful. It was a slice of heaven. Thankyou for the perfect getaway.

Beautiful place to stay with lots to do. The farm is great for hiking, running and cycling but also just to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Bonnie and David were such lovely hosts. A very warm and friendly couple. It felt like a home away from home. The cabin was so cozy and don’t even get me started on the garden. Absolutely stunning! It felt as though we were out in nature. An absolute gem. Definitely a go to when in Somerset.
