This spacious apartment is only a few walking minutes from the beach and lake. The grand view from the apartment over the lake is breathtaking, especially during sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! With beautiful hiking/biking trails nearby, the flat is also a great starting point for the next adventure. On the balcony, you can barbecue in the evening and relax while watching the sunset.

The district of Radolfzell Böhringen has a very nice nature reserve, and is a good starting point for excursions of any kind. The A 81 is 3 minutes away by car, so you have a good connection to the transport network. Konstanz and Switzerland can be reached in 25 minutes. Our comfortable apartment is intended to be a home away from home. The box-spring bed with extra high pocket spring mattresses and premium topper should ensure a good and relaxing night's sleep. The bathroom has been completely renovated as well as the kitchen and the sleeping/living area. The property is suitable for short and long-term stays. There is a guest terrace and a lockable bicycle parking space. Live TV streaming service: waipu tv is included.

In our farmhouse, which was renovated in 2022, we have set up a nice, cozy apartment on the first floor. It has a living/dining area with sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom (shower + toilet) on approx. 45 square meters. The garden has enough space to relax and linger. Optimal location between Obersee and Untersee in Stahringen with very good transport links by car, bus and train. Lake Constance is 5 km (Bodman) or 7 km (Radolfzell) away.

We had a nice and relaxing time at Saskia & Herbert's. You stand with the tiny house in the middle of the yard and are awakened in the morning by the crowing of the rooster. There are many animals, so it is ideal for children. Delicious yogurt was also available for tasting! It must be clear that you need a car for companies, but we didn't find that bad at all.

We had the pleasure of spending the last few days in this great Airbnb apartment and it was just perfect! The apartment is not only clean and stylishly furnished, but also offers everything you need for a relaxed stay. The location is ideal – quiet yet central, so you can quickly reach all the main attractions. Linda was very helpful at all times and immediately made sure that the internet connection was stable. Since I combined work & vacation on the first day, this was indispensable for me. The communication was friendly and uncomplicated at all times. Small Highlights: ✔️ Super comfy bed ✔️ Fully equipped kitchen ✔️ Separate office Conclusion: Absolutely recommended! We highly recommend this place. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Wow! What a special place. Very spacious area - everything you need is offered and much more, such as a barbecue area, sauna, whirlpool. Ideal for treating yourself to a wonderful break. (The pictures can't even represent the atmosphere and available size.- Expectations more than exceeded) Exceptionally warm hosts, who make you feel welcome and comfortable right away. Very cozy furnished tents. A real recommendation from the heart.

Vacation home small but nice

The apartment was tidy and clean. Despite the high outside temperatures, it was nice and cool. We had everything we needed and enough space for the three of us. Opposite is a beverage shop, which was convenient for us. We couldn't find a supermarket in the village. But in a few minutes by car you can reach everything you need. Beautiful surroundings. Lake Constance, that's it! Sufficiently equipped and all in all a pleasant accommodation in which you feel right at home.
