Monthly Rentals in Stavrakia

Our stay at Christina’s was excellent. Exactly what we hoped for, a quiet village, clean space with everything we needed. The locals were friendly and we had plenty to do within a 30m drive any direction. Would recommend as a home base to explore the rural areas of Crete.

This house is an extremely special place. The view from the balcony into the valley was absolutely stunning, the furnishings are lovely and tasteful, and the recommendations that Apo provided were spot on. The tavern in the village fed us fit to burst, and we couldn’t stop talking about how we hope to return again someday. Thank you for sharing this beautiful space with us ❤️

Our stay at Panos's place was amazing ! It was our favorite spot of our trip. Panos and his father were absolutely kind and very generous, they truly embodied the Greek hospitality. The house is quite near Heraklion, in a beautiful surrounding and a marvelous garden full of delights that we enjoyed a lot. As a family with three kids, we felt at home ! We highly recommend this place !!!

Could not recommend this place enough. Me and my 4 mates went to this villa. (5 lads, all 21 years old) it was amazing, Magdalena met us at the villa when we landed to talk us through all that we needed and show us around. It was huge, 5 bedrooms and plenty of things to do inside the house, multiple TVs, big kitchen with all the things you’d need, blenders, coffee machine, cutlery etc. The views from the villa were incredible as we were on top of a hill. The pool was the perfect temperature in the day and even at night it was never really cold like most pools. The gym is small but you can manage well if you know what you are doing. It has a good pool table, table tennis, loads of card games and a PS4. Whenever we needed any help Magdalena would always respond in minutes. The price is great for what you get it is the best I have found. It is only 15-20 minutes drive from the city of Heraklion where there is plenty to do such as food and drink. I’d also recommend renting a car.
