Our stay was very good. Well-equipped house with good utensils, close to the local establishments and tbm of the sights. House on a calm and quiet street to enjoy rest. Paulo César has always been very attentive. Feature for the pool and space for barbecue and fireplace, we enjoyed a lot! Thank you!

Sofia's house is the quintessential grandmother's home: welcoming, complete, and cozy. From the wonderful location, organized and flexible check-in and check-out, optimized contact to a wonderful cuca, the stay is sensational! It is our second stay and we intend to return numerous times. In addition (and most importantly), our little dogs LOVE the patio to play. It's WELL worth it! WE LOVE EVERYTHING!

Returning today from Gramado (June 3) and I was delighted with Silvana's apartment, when we arrived we got a sparkling wine with welcome chocolates and we loved it, the apartment was super clean and is even more beautiful in person than in the photos, Rosa who welcomed us is a sweetheart and Silvana too! New apartment, in great condition and with easy access. Everything was clean and organized, a building with excellent infrastructure. Lucas is very attentive and responded to all messages quickly, as well as being super flexible about check-in and checkout times. I highly recommend the stay.

Wonderful place. The lake is beautiful, both day and night. Extremely safe place, with 24-hour concierge. Joseana was responsible for everything and helped me with all the necessities. The jacuzzi ran into trouble a few hours earlier, and she more readily set out to sort it out and everything went well. It's well worth the place. You can trust!

We were delighted with the apartment! Everything was super clean and organized. The host, André, was extremely kind and attentive, and welcomed us with cake and coffee, a kindness that made all the difference. The apartment is identical to the photos, everything is clean and organized, excellent location, a very good space, great experience, the barbecue area is very good too. I advise you to take the tours with them. Hot air balloon and quadricycle, without a doubt the quadricycle was the best, beautiful view and an unparalleled adrenaline experience. Elaine was extremely helpful and responsive prior to our arrival, during our stay and after we left. Her apartment is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. It maximizes the relatively small space and she clearly put thought into making her guests’ stay as comfortable as possible. From the printed instructions for the basics (WiFi, TV, etc) to the power strip for plugging in devices by the living room couch. We would stay in her place again in a heartbeat!

Great location and impeccable host! The apartment is perfectly situated, allowing you to explore the entire central region on foot with ease. We used the car only to visit more distant attractions, which was very practical. As for the space itself, it exceeded all expectations: extremely well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We feel truly at home, thanks to the details and care evident in every corner. Without a doubt, this will be our first option on future visits to Gramado. We recommend without hesitation!

Wonderful space! The condominium is very beautiful and quiet, great for walking and cycling (bicycles are provided by the place). We had a small setback at the reception, but Daniela soon responded and clarified that it was a reception mix-up, but it was soon resolved. The loft itself is great too, very spacious, very comfortable bed and sofa bed, very complete kitchen and the coffee powder available was a plus! The bathroom is very good, the bathtub was great, my daughter loved it, I took advantage of it too and I didn't miss out hehe! You have the option to order breakfast separately, which is very good, we ordered the combo for two people and it served us 3! You can request firewood at the reception once a day, and they deliver a set of lighters, which makes it much easier! It is a great option for those who want to escape the madness of the center, the neighborhood is very quiet and has options to eat. I recommend Panni, which has very good things! Daniela was very helpful and attentive! We'll be back for sure!
