⸻ This was our second stay at Mary and Luiz's apartment, and once again we had an excellent experience! The location is simply perfect: close to Rio's best restaurants, Leblon's shopping malls and just a 5-minute walk to the beach. It is relatively close to the Gavea mall, where there are always good shows. The apartment is exactly as advertised — super clean, comfortable and well equipped. Mary is extremely attentive, always available to give tips on Rio and make it easier to stay in the apartment . She and Luiz also have a person who does the daily cleaning, which makes everything even more practical and enjoyable. Definitely, it's a place where we want to come back many times. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

The accommodation is pleasant, organized and clean. The room is comfortable (although a little small), has a nice view of the park, a spacious wardrobe and a TV that has some movie channels. The bathroom is great and was clean, with an excellent shower and a spacious sink for products. The verano stay is inside a giant condominium, very familiar and quiet. Easy to find. Check-in and check-out, done at the condominium reception, is quick and practical. On the ground floor, next to the reception, there is a good and cheap restaurant and a grocery store with facilities. It makes life easier. Shopping Rio 2 is about 450 m away and has a supermarket, pharmacy and some restaurants. The host instructed the guest very well and usually responds quickly. Polite and communicative.

Ipanema is a wonderful area to stay. This airbnb is a few blocks from the beach and a supermarket where I was even able to buy a fresh cacao pod. This building is incredibly peaceful, there is virtually no noise at all at night. I woke up in the same position I fell asleep because it was so easy to sleep there. The gym is very nice. The pool would be good for swimming laps but it was too cold in June. There is no oven, just stove (4 burners) and a microwave. The host did a great job preparing the apartment and even left very nice fruit for me.

Felipe took care of us very well, we can only thank him, the wonderful space with everything that was in the ad, wonderful location and spectacular leisure area, polite staff. We felt at home, everything was comfortable and clean, the beach in front was wonderful and in the surroundings we found everything we needed, apart from the transportation, which is very well served by Uber and public transport. We will definitely return at the next time.

The excellent Depto in an excellent location and the alfotrion always worried about us, I recommend it 100% the place is excellent.

Excellent apartment, in a perfect location in the best neighborhood of RJ. Many restaurants, supermarkets and other shops in the area, not to mention the subway station just 1 block away. Safe region and building, comfortable and spacious apartment, flexible check-in and check-out. I highly recommend the stay!!

Apartment with everything new, first class and tasteful as if we were in a renowned hotel (bed, sheets, pillows, towels and even AA quality toiletries). The owner left some important treats for us, who arrived from a trip and wanted to rest a little before worrying about shopping, showing care and attention to her guests. Well-located condominium, easily accessible, with leisure and close to the main restaurants of Itaipava, as well as nearby markets. I recommend it.

Quiet stay, extremely attentive eduardo and always responding quickly to what we needed. Local dwelling exactly as described on the listing. The only downside I observed was that on the outskirts of the rental there are not many options for restaurants/bars. It is close to RioCentro for app cars.

Renata and Giulio gave us a great experience on our expected first trip to Rio. I consider agility and proactivity in essential responses when relying on an online platform, and hosts use the tools very effectively and safely. The photos match the place, super cozy and everything we need. Checkin and checkout were practical and quick to do. The site is very close to the VLT, subway and many commercial establishments, which made our trip a lot easier. Nothing to complain, note 1000!

It's not the first time I've stayed at Promenade Soho, but it's the first time I've stayed in this apartment. I really liked the apartment, Regiane always responded quickly and helped a lot when I forgot my card inside the apartment. The flat is on the 15th floor, you will have a wide view of the city. At the reception we were well received and the garage of the building is spacious.

Staying in the space of Leandro was amazing. Since the first contact we already felt the size of his heart here, we went to Arraial tranquils that we had made a good choice. Coming there, we had ease at checkin, plus kindness to let us in early. Flat is well equipped and very well located, very close to Prainha that was our favorite. All very clean, bed sheets and towels with clean smell, all very impeccable and unique privacy. We went to the nearby market, bought everything we needed and cooked, enjoyed the hammock, the bed is wonderful too, and a good silence to rest. Leandro, we want to thank you for all empathy, care, kindness and the ride that marked us so much. We want you and your family to be immensely happy. We thank you, indicate and will return to Flat or any property you are in front of you. Thank you so much for allowing us to live this experience 🙏
