Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Rio de Janeiro

Great location in Barra/Recreio dos Bandeirantes, close to Barra shopping, beach and with a market close to the condominium. The condominium is extremely functional, with a swimming pool, sauna, court and other leisure areas. The apartment is as described, clean, pleasant, with air conditioning, refrigerator, stove, machine and the owner was very helpful and precise in the information. Anyway, it's worth the rent for sure. As we are always going to RJ, it is certainly a place worth returning to.

The accommodation was amazing, just like the photos, there were 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms inside the apartment, a super spacious living room, a large terrace with its own pool, a covered grill room, a covered laundry room, a very spacious kitchen, and an incredible view of the port where all the excursions leave from Praia Dos Anjos, everything was impeccable...

The apartment matches the ad, everything is clean and well maintained. I surprised my fiancée and Silvana was very helpful

The stay at Manu's apartment was great. The apartment is comfy and very well located. There is an immense variety of restaurants and bars around and the subway is practically glued, so the mobility is very good as well. Flexible checkin was an important differential and I will certainly consider returning to the apartment in my next come to Rio :)

Extremely proactive host, responded to everything with great agility, understanding, polite, kind, given ALL the necessary directions and instructions, and more. The space is exactly like the images, high quality bed and bath linens. The condominium is excellent, complete, family, staff of the building are very polite and receptive, including visitors. On the ground floor for insurance, impeccable cleaning, monitored swimming pool, gym, toy library, living area good for children. On the ground floor has several shops and services, such as pharmacy, grocery, pet, bakery, pizzeria and the surroundings are very quiet, many children, pet, families walk in the late afternoon. I was delighted with the condominium, apartment and with the Host, even extended my stay.

Our stay was excellent. Very good location and I want to highlight the communication with Andrea was always quick and clear, which made the whole process very simple. The apartment was impeccable and super well equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would definitely choose it again!

The accommodation is just as described or better. The hostess greeted us when we arrived and immediately responded to all messages. The place is a very nice, very well organized and safe gated condominium. It's close to Dunas do Pero beach, for me the best in Cabo Frio. The house's facilities are all in perfect condition and well-equipped. The best thing is the heated pool. I would definitely go back to Cabo Frio. I wouldn't look for another place to stay. I would go straight back to Simone and Fernando's house

I went to the Accommodation with 1 pet and 1 child, plus 2 more adults. We just LOVED it, we didn't want to leave. The house is a dream for those who, like me, love to be immersed in nature: living with animals and “in the middle” of the woods, but without giving up the beach and the city (shops, restaurants, hospitals, etc.). The house surpasses the photos. View of the sea and mountains, open concept, beautiful decor, authentic, full of life and love, everything clean, air-conditioning in the rooms (very important to me kkk) and lots of grass, with the right to a hose for showering outside. Ivan is super attentive, always available and willing to answer questions and give tips. We felt at home, very safe and with a lot of privacy and freedom. We will certainly return to visit Luiz the goat (officially the 6th member of our trip) and Clarinha the sheep!

The residence is wonderful, even better than the photos!!!It's all for your group to have fun with comfort inside the house! Besides everything is very close to the beach of Geribá, easy to go on foot. Castro was extremely kind, being very flexible with check-in and check-out times. You don't want to leave!!! I hope to have the opportunity to return because it was really great!

I enjoyed everything both in Nicolas’s place and the island.. great security, fast responses and friendly responses to everything I needed or wanted.. great amount of space in kitchen bathroom bedroom and living space. I hit the lottery with staying at this location because it fulfilled all my expectations and more!! Friendly island and great vibe!!

One of the best, if not the best accommodation that my fiancé and I have ever been in my life. Maria Eduarda and her husband Eduardo were extremely welcoming, they gave us great recommendations of restaurants and places, outside that the apartment was amazing, we loved the projector and the games available to us. It was a short but memorable stay. I definitely recommend and we will come back more often, made us feel at home and welcomed. Deixo once again this comment thanking us for the way we were received and the wonderful treat they gave us. The people who still have doubts about going or not, just go and prepare for a wonderful stay, worth every penny.

From the first conversation, all the way out was perfect. Alceu was flexible in relation to check out, it was super attentive, he explained everything right, we had no problem. The house is very good, too beautiful!!! The living room is beautiful, the kitchen is too complete, the rooms are very large, with super comfortable bedding, all very clean. The huge bathrooms, all working perfectly. All well complete, with top gear! The swimming pool integrated with the barbecue area, with a wonderful view. Everyone fell in love with the house. It accommodates everyone well, with comfort for everyone in any room. Super quiet arrivals, without error. Pedimos ifood and arrived without a problem. Saimos for dinner, has options very close to the house (restaurants that were suggested by Alceo, and by the way are excellent). Everything perfect!!!

Marize is simply an excellent host. Always answered us super quickly and very clearly, helping us a lot to know about the surroundings and places to go. The villa is excellent, close to a few restaurants and beach view. I thought it was sensational. I highly recommend it.

Bianca was very helpful and polite. It was always available for any questions, even at night. Nice, airy, well equipped and pleasant apartment. It is actually in front of the downtown river, and it is possible to get there on foot.

My second time and I can only sum it up in one word: PERFECT! It's already my favorite place when I need to sleep in Niterói! It's the best Airbnb experience anyone could wish for!! Everything is fantastic! My family and I loved it the first time and we have already repeated it…whenever we can we will come back because it is very but very top!
