Wonderful experience. Peaceful stay in this charming cottage. Everything is done to feel at home. Decoration with great care and taste, we do not lack anything (bedding, bath towels, bean coffee machine, dishwasher...), up to homemade cookies to welcome us. De Woude is a cute island, it feels like you're in another world, where stress has no place. Many thanks to Leigh-Anne who is an outstanding host. We will definitely return to this little haven of peace!

Evelien was wonderful, kind and helpful. The apartment was just as it was described and the pictures are what you enter as well! Perfect apartment for us and our little girl 15 months old. the bed was soooo comfortable! the apartment was clean and well looked after. we didn't hear any noise apart, it was incredibly peaceful.

The houseboat itself is a dream and superbly located, if on the one hand you love the beauty and tranquility of the countryside, sheep and green meadows on your doorstep, but on the other hand also like to go to the beach or to the cities. The train is quickly reached and that is a big plus in the parking situation in Amsterdam. Leonora and Erwin were easy to reach and always there for us when we had questions. Super friendly hosts! Arrive and feel comfortable: warm welcome, short briefing and tips. Private retreat with nice terrace and small garden at the back out to the water. Surrounded by water, great nature. Individual since you have to take the ferry to get there ( 2 min)- uncomplicated. We used the house as a couple and found everything we need for a nice getaway. Recommended
