Kid-friendly holiday rentals in St. Marys

The house was very cozy. The front porch with the porch swing and the back screened in porch were my two favorite places. Also the couches and chairs were extremely comfy.

We were there for work so space was perfect. We traveled during the day and collapsed at night. There were dolphins and wildlife in the intercoastal waterway but you need your own boat to experience the shoreline. No boat rental. For a family expect to have to drive to get what you need as there is nothing in walking distance. For our purpose the site was quiet with great common areas to set up shop. It could be much more fun if they had boat rental as you could really travel to St. Mary’s or other locations for activities, fishing, and sight seeing. St. Mary’s is very nice but not a vacation destination more a family community. If I wanted to be on the intercoastal but somewhat secluded then this would work. End of a culdesac with families on either side the street is very quiet with coastal vegetation serving as a buffer from other homes.

Beautiful home! Tucked in a quiet neighborhood, extremely peaceful and tranquil home! Had a super cool tire swing in the back for the kids (they loved it). Plenty of space for my family and dogs. Decor is trendy and cute with small accents / pops of color all around. We loved our stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Gwen’s property! It was great to find a pet-friendly place where I could bring my dog. The location is convenient, with many activities, dining options, and beaches nearby. Gwen even provides a binder with recommendations for places to visit, which was really helpful. I would give this experience 10 stars if I could! Thank you for everything and for such a lovely stay.

Will definitely come back and recommend to anyone that’s looking for a quick getaway.

Just finished up a wonderful stay at Paradise Palms Estate! We are a very busy family of 5 and enjoyed some much needed downtime together in an absolutely gorgeous, peaceful setting! We loved unwinding at the pool, taking advantage of the home gym each morning and also making dinner together in the beautiful (well-stocked) kitchen while relaxing at night. Cassandra was extremely responsive with any questions we had! Would love to get back to visit at some point again very soon!

As always, great stay at Michael’s. Favorite house on the island, and years of memories here. It’s an incredible home with an artsy vibe, so comfy, and the pool/outdoor space are perfect for relaxing. Close to the grocery store, restaurants, and an awesome beach access. The neighborhood is great and really quiet, and we always look forward to our visit here. Thanks for being an awesome host, Michael. Love our time here.

The place was exactly as the pictures. Bed was nice and comfy and the kitchen and bathroom were clean. The home was furnished beautifully. We would book again.

Prime Location. I had a lovely stay , with a stunning view. The host went above and beyond with accommodations, completely faceless. Decorated to a T! I would book again.

This is such a charming stay. Very peaceful neighborhood and easy to find. The host has water bottles and snacks available to guests. I’d definitely stay here again!

Ashley’s place was great! It was conveniently located near a Walmart, gas stations, and the highway. The amenities were exactly as described. The pool area and gym were clean, well maintained, and peaceful to use. The apartment itself was spotless. Ashley was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

It was the perfect place for our trip to Jacksonville. The location was really convenient as everything was pretty much a short drive away and the host gave us great recommendations for the area. I would absolutely stay here again as it was a high quality stay for a price that’s hard to get anywhere else.

Me and my girlfriend loved it here. This place was utterly gorgeous! The neighborhood was quite and peaceful. The scenery of the water and sunrises every morning were amazing. The place had an abundance of amenities. The furniture, linenes, and towels all were very high quality. The kitchen is fully equipped which was a big deal for me. Karen and Craig's place is a great stay no doubt!! We will be booking here again when we visit Jax Beach in the future.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at Michelle's condo. Perfect for two people. The bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had it all. Loved the tall outside chairs for viewing the ocean and pool below. Great having beach chairs that seemed brand new. Wish we could have seen the sunrise from the deck but the sun moves throughout the year so it wasn't in our viewing area. However, we enjoyed the short walk to the beach in the early morning to catch it. Great beach for fast walking. Go horseback riding in the morning it was so peaceful, there is two companies and they're both great! If we come back to Amelia Island we would definitely stay here again. Thanks Michelle!😊

Absolutely loved it here! The view was wonderful, the building its self was very nice, and the condo was exactly as pictured- maybe even better! We have visited different places in the area before, but will absolutely be booking here again for our next trip to Amelia Island. One of my favorites vacations!

The hostess is fantastic, communicates well and quickly. The condo is beautiful and in a prime location for peace and relaxation. The condo is within a few minutes drive to downtown with great eateries and shops. The condo is very clean and tidy. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. Highly recommend this condo!!

We had a great stay. This place is kept in top notch condition and was very well stocked - best in all the Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. Amazing location / super convenient. Super comfy beds and couch too. We will definitely be back!

This place was amazing. The beach views were stunning. No picture could capture it! The surrounding neighborhood was very nice and safe. Even though you’re in a complex, walls aren’t paper thin which creates more privacy for your family! Tiffany was very responsive and helpful - even informed us of local events. The place is as listed, fully stocked for pretty much every need, and super convenient for the beach. You can watch the sunrise from the balcony or even the bed. We would love to rebook in the future!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our trip. It’s just a short walk to the beach. The location was perfect, and the condo itself was just as described—nicely furnished and well-stocked. I would definitely recommend staying here and would absolutely book again for our next visit to Florida!

This was a top tier stay! The unit was beautifully decorated, super clean, and very well stocked! Did I mention the incredible views? 😍 Brook was an amazing hostess and made sure we had all of our questions answered and everything we needed. Highly recommend!
