I enjoyed my stay! It was clean and convenient.

What an amazing place. Only a few steps to the white sand. You could hear the ocean and they were beautiful sunrises every morning. Right out the back door you have the pool. There was a bottle of white wine waiting for us and two bottles of water to get us started. The bed was so comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. So many great restaurants nearby. We walked the beach every day and collected shells and even walked up to Neptune and Atlantic Beach. Perfect spot to stay in Jax Beach.

Tracy was awesome, adjusting our reservation to last minute changes we needed. Quick responder and overall amazing host! Place was very clean, and in a great location to go to different shopping malls in Jax. Will book with again if we are in the area!

This place is seriously a Gem. It’s in the best location, and close to everything. If you don’t want to deal with all the beach hustle and bustle, but still want to be close to it, this is the place to stay. We highly recommend this spot, and will be staying each time we come back into town. It’s perfect!

My Husband and I loved our stay at Monica’s place! He’s not even one for “aesthetics” but kept mentioning how it looked “even cuter than the pictures!” It was just what we needed for the night! We will definitely be back if we’re in the area again!

Beautiful place, spacious, very clean and new-looking. Fresh flowers were a nice touch. Pretty gardens outside the door. About 100 feet to the beach access. Beach is very unpopulated and goes for miles. A nice quiet little getaway, with nearby state parks and a little historic town with shops and restaurants. Owners live onsite. Great place.

This space was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! Beautiful area, pool and beach access nearby. The space was clean, beds were comfy and the instructions for check in/out were very clear. We had a wonderful weekend family getaway before our son leaves for boot camp! The house is beautiful, spacious and our host was very friendly and responsive to our needs! We are definitely planning to come back soon!

One of my favorite Airbnb's! Coco's cottage exceeded my families expectations. The inside is a beautiful mix of modern upgrades while still maintaining some of the original house & the outdoor space was easily our favorite. Both check-in & check-out were a breeze. Great location, we were able to easily travel back & forth from Jekyll Island. Loved how close it is to a local restaurant, Yellow Deli. I highly recommend & would definitely stay here again!

Can’t say more amazing things about this place. Our family has come back for the second time and have already made plans to come back. It’s our slice of heaven. Quick drive to the beach and the food and coffee walking distance from the house is so so good! Go to community loaves for fresh sourdough. But honestly you could stay at the house and never leave. Between the perfect pool, playing pool outside, and watching my kids try and catch lizards - this place is so special to us! You won’t regret it!

We stayed with my family of 4 young kids. Love every minute of it. Fun to let the kids run to the beach at any point of the day. The book nook consumed most of our inside the house time. What a cozy little corner. Great memories of the six of us in one location sharing conversations and a watching movies together. We even had some intense Jenga matches that made my heart happy. Thanks for all the fun games that were included at the lighthouse. This place is a real gem and it won’t disappoint. Super comfy beds that allowed all of us the rest we needed during our retreat.

The Cozy Crab is one of the most well-thought-out and relaxing places we’ve ever stayed. It felt more like a custom-built outdoor lifestyle lodge than a vacation rental — everything was spot-on for our little family. We enjoyed it so much we never even made it to the beach. Instead, we spent our last evening fishing together on the dock. The wildlife is abundant. We were greeted upon arrival by a welcoming committee of manatees, clearly long-term fans of the property . Dropped the provided crab trap (aka Hotel California) and scored multiple crabs. Caught a mix of catfish, bonnethead sharks, a ray, and even a small hammerhead. Also spotted redfish, sheepshead, and a few other mystery fins. Also seen: squirrels, turtles, lizards, birds, and so many other critters we lost count. This place-is paradise. Ashley was a phenomenal host.

A Scandinavian vibe to the soft colors and features in this space. Very convenient floor plan and very nice kitchen and accessories. TV was set up with adequate viewing options. Community is very nice and safe. No overt train noise in this space and adequate number of food options including 2 great coffee shops. The local Mesa India Cuisine spot on Herschel was amazing. Great vibe to this space and loved having the office to work in, plus great for storage if luggage, etc. Nice.

Nice AirBnb - centrally located in Jax Beach. Safe neighborhood, easy walk to the beach. Centrally located.

The view was amazing and the condo was just as described and was very clean.

It was just a short walk to the beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the with our two young daughters. The space was welcoming and family-friendly, with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Our host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. From the smooth check-in to the helpful local tips, everything was seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, beachside escape—especially families with young kids!

We loved the location and all the extras provided. The kitchen was fully stoked will all the items we would need. The shutters were a plus adding privacy and ease of use. We loved the binoculars provided. It was very useful for watching the bunnies and turtles. The complex was very quiet. The beach was very private.

We were here for the graduation of our granddaughter. What a wonderful experience. Home was just right and host is above expectations and so kind. You will have an amazing trip on Saint Simon island. Lots to do and great restaurants. Close to shops, and the beach. Don’t miss the World War II museum and lighthouse. Top of lighthouse you can see forever.

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again

We had a fantastic stay at Maria’s condo! They had everything we needed & more. The beach down the street had lively restaurants and you could even drive your car onto the beach. We appreciated it when Maria was immediately available when we had a question. Great trip and would definitely re-visit this location next time we are in town. Thank you Maria!!
