Holiday rentals with a fireplace in St Leonards

This was our 3rd (or 4th!) stay at the Cottesloe Beach Shack. Gorgeous stay as always, Rebecca super helpful and we just love this place. Super dog friendly with lots of space for everyone. The recent renovations and updates are gorgeous, including the new outdoor space - we can't wait to get back to use it in some warmer weather! Look forward to getting back again soon.

Catherine and Brendan were fabulous hosts. Very informative and responsive. The house was gorgeous and had both a modern and nostalgic feel. Great amenities for kids. The children loved all the outdoor games! We felt right at home. A short walk to shops and foreshore which was exactly what we were wanting having 5 small children with us. We had such a lovely time.

Clean, comfy and warm. In a great location & has all the amenities you’d hope for when staying down the peninsula.

The Dune beach house was the absolute perfect escape for my partner and I. From booking , to champagne on arrival , the location , the gorgeous thoughtful intricate design of the house and decor , the huge projector and the most comfy couch I have ever lounged on , everything was just perfect. We would 1000000% be booking and staying again. Thank you guys so much for such a wonderful stay.

Great location and neighbourhood. A few minutes’ walk to St. Kilda beach. The house is cozy with a lot of sunlight. Nice decor.

We had a great stay at Ash and Jason’s property. The house was immaculately clean, with plenty of space for our group. The beds were comfortable, linen/Fiona’s nice and warm and the background provided a lovely sunny spot on a cold winter’s morning. Ash & Jason provided very clear instructions and everything was as described. Thanks for a fabulous stay!

Excellent value for money in close proximity to GMHBA stadium

Helen and Eric's place is very cosy and you immediately feel like at home. Everything is clean and well organised. Location is great, close to te main road and tram. Communication with Helen and Eric was fantastic and clear so no need to bother them. We really enjoyed our 4 days stay at their place and we will come back again for sure ! I will recommend their place too !

A beautiful apartment a stones throw from GMHBA stadium. Rachael was so helpful and responsive, and the apartment perfectly matched the photos. We will be back.

We had a lovely stay. Will be certain to return. The Elwood neighbourhood is our favourite in Melbourne. It is heavily treed, peaceful and walking distance to the beach, St Kilda Botanical Gardens as well as the shops in Elwood Village.

Catherine was very helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the booking, check in and check out process. The place was amazing and in such a great location in St Kilda. The added touch of putting the fire on for us on arrival, on a cold evening, was very thoughtful. We had a great time in St Kilda and Melbourne, using Catherine's place as a hub made it all the more special. I cannot forget to mention the great recommendations for cafes, bars and restaurants locally that are now on our 'must go back to' list.

First of all, this place is one of best airbnbs I’ve stayed at in Melbourne and I use a new airbnb every month for work. Way better than the photos. Furthermore, Jon is an incredible host, we accidentally left our phone in the airbnb two hours before our flight and he left a function to come and help us. I can’t praise him enough. Thank you Jon! We loved our 3 night stay at this beautiful, cosy, warm loft-style apartment in vibrant Armadale. Close to fantastic cafes, restaurants and shopping. Our host also generously provided some yummy food items too. One standout feature was the log fire. We would definitely return to this lovely property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Avila. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated our large group. It had everything we needed to have a relaxing short break. The location is literally a short walk of 5 minutes to the beach. Summer was very easy to deal with and the instructions regarding the premises were clearly outlined in the house manual.

Biarritz is a beautiful, stylish villa in a peaceful garden setting and Sylvie is an excellent host, always so friendly, responsive and helpful. We were three generations staying for eleven nights after Xmas and the five bedrooms, spacious, bright, open plan living, kitchen, dining areas suited us perfectly. The new spa and sauna were a well used added bonus. Sylvie has ensured every room is so well equipped, with all we needed plus many extras and thoughtful touches that we have not seen in other houses, and all is of a high quality.
